This property is one of the newest we offer in our Zermatt portfolio and is quickly becoming one of our favorites. This home is a rare find and is right in the center of Zermatt town. This allows you to easily explore all the beautiful shops and delicious restaurants and sample some of the incredible chocolate on offer in the town. The home is luxurious and boasts 230m2 of space, and offers beautiful views of the Matterhorn.

Located in the heart of Zermatt, nestled on a quiet side street very close to the main train station, the Gornergrat mountain railway, and the Coop shopping center. Whether you want to go skiing, hike the beautiful mountains, or just peruse the shops, it is all within reach.

Annyvonne was redecorated in 2022, its modern furnishings combining beautifully with the warm wood ceilings. It sleeps eight in four double bedrooms with four bathrooms, three of which are en-suite. 3 of the large and cozy bedrooms can be configured with a double and twin beds, while the master bedroom has a king-size double bed.

The very spacious living room has a wood-burning fireplace, a dining area, and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. There is a wide south-facing balcony along this entire length, while the master bedroom and two of the double bedrooms also have a balcony.

This penthouse offers an authentic chalet feeling with its sloping wooden ceiling and a large fireplace. These features make the home cozy as well as incredibly luxurious. Snuggle on the couch and spend time with loved ones for a perfect evening in. The home also features modern furniture and amenities for added convenience.

The chalet is easily accessible and is very centrally located just by the high street with its shops and boutiques, it is next to the Gornergrat base station and is also a short walk from the Sunnegga Express lift station. You won’t have a long walk after you ski down from the mountains. After a quick change, you can immediately hit the streets, go shopping or try one of the many incredible restaurants just steps from your front door.

The property boasts wonderful south-facing windows, which allow you to enjoy spectacular views of the town of Zermatt as well as the famous Matterhorn.

The large south-facing windows give you a spectacular view of the village of Zermatt and the Matterhorn. The junior suite-sized master bedroom has its own bathroom of course, with a WC, shower, and jacuzzi bath; it also has a balcony.

Bedroom two uses the shower and WC bathroom in the hall, while bedroom 3 has its own en-suite bathroom with WC, jacuzzi bath, and shower. The fourth bedroom in the penthouse is on the other side of the living room, with an en-suite shower and WC. This is also where the washing machine and tumble dryer are located.

Being the penthouse of the building, this property has the advantage of being on the top floor. This allows wonderful views of the streets below and the stunning mountains surrounding the town. The floor has an elevator giving you easy access. There is also a ski room on the ground floor of the building for your convenience, allowing you to grab your gear quickly in the morning before heading out onto the fresh powdery snow.

LOCATION:

This is one of the only places in the world where you can have lunch in Italy and dinner in Switzerland. The whole ski area comprises of 238 kilometers of skiing and offers the most amazing views.
