The villa comfortably accommodates guests with two king-sized bedrooms, each featuring en-suite marble bathrooms in the main villa and two additional king bedrooms with en-suites in the charming guest annex. A fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances makes meal preparation a pleasure. At the same time, the villa also includes high-speed internet, a smart TV with satellite channels, a DVD player, a Bluetooth sound system, and a laundry facility with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board in the cottage. Air conditioning and central heating throughout ensure year-round comfort.

Outdoors, Villa Penna is an entertainer’s paradise. The private infinity pool (measuring 4m x 14m, plus a shallow area of 3m x 6m) can be heated upon request, with an always-heated Jacuzzi nearby. The surrounding garden offers a tranquil setting with poolside loungers, a shaded pergola, a wood-fired oven, and a barbecue area—perfect for alfresco dining with stunning countryside views. Several panoramic terraces are furnished with sofas and armchairs, allowing guests to unwind beneath the ancient oaks or enjoy meals at the garden dining table near the kitchen.

• Unlimited use of Wi-Fi internet access.
• Concierge Service from 9am to 7pm. Available for emergencies outside of hours.
• Maid Service is provided between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. The total length of the service cannot be determined in advance as it depends on how many maids are servicing at the same time. Maid service includes cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms and a quick kitchen cleaning. Deeper cleaning for longer stays is provided once a week. Extra maid service is available on request at an extra charge, as indicated in our Service Book.
• Full gardening and pool cleaning service.
• Pool heating is not included, and the price is based on consumption if requested. Pool heating is unavailable from November to April, subject to weather conditions.
• Weekly linen and pool towel change if guests stay for two consecutive weeks or more.
• Change of bathroom towels twice per week.
• Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant Il Caldaro (available every day for dinner time before reservation) for up to 8 people maximum. Multiple round trips per villa are NOT available.
• 15% discount on the Antognolla Golf green fees and 5% discount on Golf Shop.
• Final cleaning.
• A welcome hamper with Nespresso Capsules and Estate products (please consider that the villa is self-catered, but we are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil, and coffee capsules upon arrival). Pre-stocking service is available on request at an extra cost.
• Soaps, shampoos, body lotion, and shower caps in every bathroom.
• Dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, and washing up liquid provision upon arrival.
• Our staff will provide toilet paper, kitchen sponges, and garbage bags throughout your stay (please note that our staff will service the garbage during maid service).
