The villa has been newly remodeled and is located in a very convenient location. Enjoy nearby access to some of Anguilla’s silky white sand beaches, within walking distance. The interiors indulge in a contemporary, white design and includes floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The main villa embraces an open plan layout. The living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area seamlessly transitions onto the oceanfront terrace. Slip into the smooth water of the swimming pool for a refreshing swim or lounge under the sun on the sun beds. The terrace offers an abundance of space to unwind and relax. Perhaps you could snooze in the gently swaying hammocks or dine under the stars as you watch the nearby island of St Martin light up.
The main house features three king bedrooms. One of the bedrooms offers garden views and can also be converted into a twin room on request. The other two bedrooms feature stunning ocean views. The fourth bedroom is base in the poolside guest house on the top floor. Making your way up to the bedroom, you will instantly focus on the glittering ocean views ahead. This private bedroom offers a king bed and private en-suite. On the ground floor of this bedroom is the game room, complete with a pool table.

Pelican Bay is located in an accessible and convenient location on Island. The villa is within walking distance to a beach and near the Blowing Point Ferry Port. The villa also has fantastic ocean views and views of St Martin in the distance. The villa is based along the West end and is a short 5-minute drive to the famous Meads Bay beach.
