Welcome to Pearl West by Exceptional Villas, one of The Pears of Long Bay Estates three beautiful homes, located along Providenciales’ peaceful and pristine Long Bay Beach. With 150ft of beach front and private beach deck area, guests can enjoy magnificent views of the beautiful turquoise waters spanning the Caicos Banks.
Pearl West is an 8 bedroom property offering pristine ocean views across multiple levels. Spanning 12,000 square feet, this beautiful beachfront villa combines contemporary design with Caribbean barefoot luxury, offering guests sophisticated indoor and outdoor living.
The Pearls of Long Bay Estate consists of three magnificent homes located along Provos tranquil Long Bay Beach and offer a 150ft beach front and private beach deck area, along with breathtaking views of the stunningly crystal-clear waters of the Caicos Banks. Pearl West can also be booked with Pearl East & Lidija House combined with a total of 23 bedrooms.
This home features the most beautiful landscaped gardens where guests can sit out and bask in the warm Caribbean sun, two private pools, Jacuzzi and hot-tub, swim-up pool bar and a walkway leading to the beach lounge deck. Pearl West shares first class amenities available at a five star resort with neighbouring Lidija House and Pearl East. Guests can enjoy a workout in the state of the art and fully equipped 1,000 square foot gymnasium or take in a game of tennis on the ASBA Certified championship court. Or why not indulge in pure relaxation in the Turkish steam bath, sauna and alfresco massage pavilion with joining powder room and shower.
Guests can listen to playslists from the mounted iPads or from their own devices through AirPlay, as there is a smart music system wired throughout the home and at the beach for guests enjoyment. Security guards, code access to front gate and main door and alarm system ensure safety and peace of mind for our guests throughout their stay.

IT WAS PHENOMENAL!!! We love Turks and Caicos and are so thrilled we got to experience Pearl West and Long Bay Beach. From the handlers at Blue Heron to the staff at Pearl West, we were well taken care of. I really appreciate your help in getting this put together on such short notice, I’m glad we connected and we’re able to keep our plans to travel to Turks for a quick vacation before school starts. Thank you for everything and I will definitely be in contact ahead of future trips.

Aine and Noreen, To say that we had an amazing time would be an understatement. Pearl villa was the perfect property for our group – we enjoyed everything about it. The property itself was breathtaking – and the service that came with it pushed the whole experience over the top. Chef Josip delivered delicious, top-shelf meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. One evening, he celebrated our birthdays by literally moving the dinner table to the beach where we dined under the stars next to the waves. We expected competence – and we received excellence. Our butler, Ren, was extremely attentive – making each and every member of our 8-person group feel special and pampered. Auriol and Delphine were there to greet us and introduce us to the property and would stop by every day to make sure every detail was going great. Our activities were expertly planned and we took advantage of jet skis, a sunset boat cruise and massages – all of which went perfectly. The onsite exercise facility was outstanding and enjoyed by many in our group. We even watched a movie in the private theater on our last night. Transportation to and from the airport went flawlessly. Oh, and the weather was ideal. In sum, we and every member of our party couldn’t be happier with our experience. Thank you both so much for helping to make it a truly special experience none of us will ever forget. Please let me know how/where to post an online review – we’d love to do so.
