Welcome to The Pearl on Pac Street, a beautifully decorated residence just three blocks from the gondola and the quality ski slopes of Telluride. This 4 bedroom, 4 ½ bathroom property is an ideal fit for a family or group of friends looking to relax, unwind in style and make the most of beautiful Telluride. Truly a superb location for those serious about skiing!
The home has been thoughtfully designed with the greatest of care and attention to detail, which is evident in every room. On entering the property, the striking limestone walls are a delightful feature, and the handy lockers are conveniently placed near the doorway for storing skiing and hiking equipment.
The cozy living area includes a warm two-sided, state-of-the-art gas fireplace, surrounded by a stylish L-shaped blue velvet sofa, maximizing lounging opportunities - the perfect place to gather in the evenings, drink in hand, and catch up on all the events of the day. There is a Sonos system, and flatscreen TV and in true ‘home from home’ style, there are also games and books available for guest use.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a six-burner stove, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, built-in microwave and refrigerator, double oven, dishwasher and trash compactor. We love the centrally located four-seater island complete with polished surface, creating a great sense of space in the kitchen.
Located next to the kitchen, is the large, inviting dining room with seating for up to 10 people, should you wish to dine in during your stay. The vaulted ceilings, hues of reclaimed wood in some of the walls and beautifully lit steel beams subtly blend modern and traditional in true elegance.
Each of the super-comfy bedrooms have en-suite facilities and are a welcoming spot to retreat to at the end of the day. Two of the bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a generous walk-in closet, flatscreen TV and Sonos sound system. The graceful vaulted ceilings and subtle tones of blue create an airy surrounding. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity unit and an inviting step-in steam shower. The master suite also has a gorgeous deck from which you can enjoy the surrounding views of the ski slopes. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed, flatscreen TV, Sonos sound system and walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a single vanity unit and step-in shower.
The remaining two bedrooms are located on the lower level. One of these bedrooms has a queen-sized bed, Sonos sound system and an en-suite bathroom, with single vanity and a step-in shower with glass enclosure. The fourth bedroom is a fantastic choice for children, containing two twin beds with pull-out trundles, several beanbag chairs, a flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination, double vanity and lots of storage space.
There is parking for one vehicle, and the front door is situated off of a handsome decking area, from which you can enjoy evenings under the stars, with the help of a BBQ grill and a large table for six with stunning views of the Telluride ski slopes.

LOCATION
Telluride is one of Colorado’s premier skiing destinations, and as an old, authentic 19th century mining town, it still holds plenty of character and charm to compliment the world class ski slopes that surround it. The mountain links two towns – Telluride at the bottom of the slopes, and Mountain Village up on the slopes. The former is brimming with colorful history, diverse culture, thrilling adventure and majestic mountainous beauty, and was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1964. The latter is a modern, pedestrianized ski resort village in the style of the famous Beaver Creek. Telluride and Mountain Village are fully connected to the slopes, and to each other via a complimentary gondola which operates well into the after dinner hours and is a novel method of public transportation.
The skiing itself stretches over 2,000 acres of unmatched snow sports and one of its’ greatest features is the huge variety of terrain for all levels of skiers and boarders. More than half of Telluride's slopes are dedicated to beginners and intermediate skiers, where there is a 320-foot covered surface lift and a learning area in The Meadows. For the more advanced skiers, there is access to some of the most challenging terrain in the area, including steep groomers, moguls and glades. There is also an amazing ‘Hike to Terrain’ on the uppers part of the mountain. The superb skiing here is complemented by dramatic 360 degree views of the majestic San Juan Mountains, and cannot fail to fulfill the dreams of all devoted snow lovers.
