Welcome to our villa Pearl Manor, a beautiful six bedroom villa located in Encore Resort at Reunion within five miles from Disney World. The villa comes with complimentary transfers to the local theme parks including universal studios, Disney World and Sea World.

The property features a garage that can hold up to two cars. As you pass the foyer of Pearl Manor, you are brought into the open plan living room that features a beautiful fully equipped kitchen to prepare all your meals along with a breakfast island with seating for four. Our guests love to sit here at various times of the day for a quick snack or coffee.

There is a formal glass dining table across from the kitchen with comfortable white chairs where guests can dine together. Our concierge would also be delighted to arrange a chef to come in and cook for everyone at an additional cost.

At the end of this open plan room is the living room where you have two comfortable sofas and accent chair overlooking the villas private patio. The Television in this room has a 55-inch flat screen TV which is great for watching Live sports or your favourite movie.
The loft also has a 62-inch flat screen TV which the younger generation love for watching movies.

The pool area is just located just outside the living area via the sliding doors and features a covered lanai with table and chairs where is a great spot to have some alfresco dining or a refreshing cocktail.

The private pool measures up to 10 x 21 ft and also has a spillover hotub which is a fabulous addition. There are sun loungers on the deck where guests love to sunbathe during those warm days sitting back reading a good book. There is also an outdoor kitchen with gas grill where you can cook alfresco.

The villa has six bedrooms altogether that are all ensuite and have their own 40-inch flat screen television. There are 2 King bedded rooms, one queen bedded room and four twin bedrooms, so it is a great villa for groups of individuals or couples travelling together. The home can sleep up to 12 persons and has access to the resort amenities onsite.

The resort has a highly rated water park, a clubhouse, community pools and a fitness centre. There is also basketball and tennis courts and a sand volleyball area not forgetting their exciting gaming arcade.

20% of the total amount is requested to book this property, and the remaining balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. The minimum stay is three nights but seven nights during holiday periods.

Pearl Manor is a non-smoking property, and no parties are permitted at the villa unless agreed with the owner prior to arriving at the villa. The villa has a digital lock and guests will be assigned a unique code prior to arrival so they can go straight to the property when they arrive.

We do recommend hiring a car as it would be the best means to get around. Check-in time is 4 pm and check out is before 10 am on the day of departure.

Cleaning of the property throughout your stay is available at an additional cost. Children’s equipment such as a crib, high chair, stroller and pack and play are available to hire at an additional cost. Our guest concierge would be delighted to assist with arranging this.
