Pauoa Beach Villa is a newly constructed single-storey villa of sleek and contemporary design, located in an exclusive private enclave within the charming Mauna Lani Resort. In Hawaiian, Mauna Lani means “a mountain reaching heaven” and in years gone by, Hawaiian royalty retreated to this area in order to replenish their souls, seeing it as a calming and healing place.

This brand-new luxury home is both elegant and tasteful, with minimalist tendencies and an emphasis on wide open spaces combined with easy living, both indoors and outside. Pauoa Beach Villa was built around a very thoughtful floor plan of having plenty of space for gatherings but also featuring many private areas for quite time alone.

The stunning open-plan Great Room combines both living and dining spaces, together with a fully equipped modern gourmet kitchen. The living area overlooks the pool and the ocean beyond and features an oversized couch, wicker seating and a large flat screen TV. The formal dining table is thoughtfully placed in between the living space and the kitchen and has seating for 10, whilst the adjoining gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and has ample of countertop space for easy meal preparation. The Great Room flows directly outside to the oversized covered lanai featuring plenty of seating, al fresco dining area, complete with table, BBQ grill & bar, pool, hot tub and outdoor TV.

Pauoa Beach Villa features 5 full bedroom suites with 3 in the main building of the house and 2 more with separate private entrances off the central courtyard. Each suite has a very spacious en suite bathroom and a very lovely outdoor shower garden.

Pauoa Beach Villa is an ideal property for an island getaway and offers exclusive privacy within a gated community at Pauoa Beach. From here, you can either drive your golf cart or take a stroll to one of two hotels nearby for dining and cocktails or perhaps spend an afternoon browsing the nearby shops. Golf and tennis are also within a few minutes of the villa. The villa offers luxurious accommodation with an emphasis on relaxation and wellness of being.

Pauoa Beach Villa is situated in the grounds of the very impressive Mauna Lani Resort on the picturesque Kohala Coast of Hawaii’s Big Island. The resort comprises over 3,200 acres of preserved lands along the Kohala Sun Coast.
