Welcome to our stunning two-bedroom beachfront House located at the luxury COMO Parrot Cay Island Resort. These beachfront houses are nestled among the sand dunes of Parrot Cay Island boasting magnificent views of the Ocean. These spacious properties comprise two en-suite bedrooms, a bright and airy living and dining area, a large outdoor deck and a private swimming pool. The villa spans 1,735 square feet and boasts a private sundeck so guests can sit out and enjoy the breathtaking views of the pristine sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

The House also comes with the services of a COMO butler, whose role is to organise castaway picnics and arrange meals and to generally just ease you through your arrival- becoming your main activities planner throughout your stay.

Parrot Cay is a privately owned Island situated just 35 minutes by boat from Providenciales in Turks and Caicos and only a short boat ride to the mainland and Grace Bay Beach Club. The Island sits on 1,000 unspoilt acres of stunning land which include pristine white sandy beaches and clear blue waters and is home to some of the most luxurious villas in the world.

Many visitors to COMO Parrot Cay come for pure relaxation but for those looking for a more active holiday, the resort offers an abundance of activities for guests to enjoy. You can enjoy a game of tennis, take part in Yoga, and Pilates or spend some spiritual time at the world-famous COMO Shambhala Retreat. Tax and service charge

• Accommodations are subject to a 10% service charge, 12% government taxes and a 5% Facility Fee
• Incidentals (Food and Beverage, COMO Shambhala services) are subject to a 10% service charge and 12% government taxes
• Transfers are only subject to a 12% government tax

Occupancy and Extra Person Charge
• Accommodations are single or double occupancy per bedroom
• COMO Parrot Cay allows a maximum of one additional person in Garden Rooms and Ocean Facing Rooms, or two additional persons in COMO Suites, One Bedroom Beach Houses
• For the Family Beach Houses and larger accommodations, extra beds are at COMO Parrot Cay’s discretion
• A fee of $210 per person, per night published rate will be applied to extra person(s) from the age of 13 when sharing accommodations. This extra person fee is based on bed and breakfast and excludes tax, service charge and facility fee
