Welcome to the majestic “Nevis View”, a luxurious three-bedroom villa located at the Park Hyatt Resort on the beautiful South Coast of St Kitts. The villa is part of this newly built resort and boasts terrific facilities and amenities plus spectacular views of the ocean with neighboring sister island Nevis in the background.

A little about the resort first, it is set in the most natural and untouched region of the island and boasts 78 bedrooms and 48 suites which encompass the outskirts of the beach in a horseshoe shape. The Great House is where all the meeting and greeting happens and is a very eye-catching building due to its direct view of the beach and turquoise waters through the entrance. The resort boasts two magnificent swimming pools which are on the cusp of the beach. One is a communal swimming pool for both adults and kids whereas the second is more private for adults only.

For guests staying at the “Nevis View”, the experience starts when you touch down at the Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport. You will be met at the aircraft door and escorted to the comfort of the “Yu Lounge” which is an exclusive area inside the airport. Sit back and relax with a chilled glass of Champagne and some nibbles while the staffing process your paperwork/luggage through immigration and customs.

From there you will be chauffeured to the resort where guests will be welcomed by the General Manager within the confinements of the villa. After a brief tour, you will be introduced to your dedicated butler who will leave no attention to detail untouched. The butler will also act as a source of information and assist guests with inquiries about the resort and the destination. They will also be on hand to provide housekeeping services as well as act as concierges.

Your private chef will also greet you and discuss your preference for meals. He will then create a menu suitable for all guests, and this will be done under the guidance of our Executive Chef Pankaj Bisht. Guests can choose what they want to eat and when they want to want to eat it. We can also have this arranged before your arrival if preferred.

If guests would like to dine outside of the villa, there is a selection of restaurants onsite or a short drive away. The Great House offers both indoor and outdoor dining. "The Stone Barn" is an adults-only restaurant that sits beachfront and offers a very global menu. "The Village" is a recreation of the huts that lined the coastline of St Kitts in years gone by, here is a casual dining area that serves lunch and dinner. There are also two bars, "Tot’s" which is very traditional and has a wide selection of exceptional rums, and then there is Flemings, which is the hotel’s main bar. Not far from the resort is the elegant Spice Mill restaurant and also the beautiful Christophe Harbour – two very suitable eateries.

This luxury villa rental boasts three beautiful bedrooms; the master has a king bed suite with an ensuite bathroom featuring a double rain shower and deep oversized soaking tub. The second bedroom is a double queen room also with ensuite bathroom and the third a king bedded room with private bathroom. All these rooms have high-quality furnishings and top-of-the-range toiletries.

Another pleasant surprise is the private gym, pool table, and games room on the lower level. This is very popular for the younger generation as it gives them a little privacy but still under the watchful eye of parents.

What is unique about this luxury villa rental is that it opens out onto a private decking with your own private 25-foot infinity pool. This stretches out to meet the glistening waters of the ocean and gives you a sense of being at sea. The views from the edge are breathtaking and will live in your memories forever. Once you have cooled down in the pool guests can stretch out on a comfy sun lounger with a cold beverage in hand and take in the sights and sounds of the island and ocean.

Other fabulous facilities that the resort has to offer would be The Sugar Mill Spa & Sanctuary. Here you will find a very serene and tranquil area for Yoga and meditation. There are also nine treatment rooms that offer an extensive range of facial and body treatments, including Watsu therapy.

For the younger generation along with the water sports, and swimming pool the resort runs the "Island Fort" which is a day camp with all different activities and games.

Reflective of the former plantations, The Great House is at the heart of Park Hyatt St. Kitts. The Great House offers indoor and outdoor dining, Tot’s Rum Bar, Flemings, the hotel’s main bar, and a conservatory serving a plantation afternoon tea. The Great House also features a library with board games and is where the resort concierge is located. The Stone Barn on a plantation was used to protect the sugar from the elements. The Stone Barn is the adult’s only dining area offering food with limited components and a global influence.

The Fisherman's Village
The Fisherman’s Village has been created to reflect the small huts and berths found in the villages that once lined the coastline of St. Kitts. The Fisherman’s Village at Park Hyatt St. Kitts offers an ocean-to-table dining experience for both lunch and dinner.
