The villa is available for weekly stays and events, and even for weddings or private ceremonies. This exquisite villa can accommodate up to fourteen guests and host up to 150 people for events.

Villa Paradiso is perched along its vast agricultural estate extending over 1200 hectares, mostly up to the Valnerina. The incredible setting is the perfect vacation destination for you and your loved ones, providing ample privacy with a tranquil ambiance. The Villa is immersed among olive groves some dating back to the XVIII century. The production of olive oil is one of the estate’s vibrant qualities. From the months of October through to December, there is olive pressing in the mill beside the Villa. The property was first built in 1630. Hints of its rich history are reflected in the defensive turrets which gave way to the eighteenth century with opulent transformations of the ballroom and the Dawn fresco. Since then Pianciano’s Paradiso offers the opportunity to travel through time and experience the delights of Italian history, art, and nature.

Make your way out onto the large terrace and watch the sunrise over the olive groves as you relax on the outdoor seating. Enjoy the pal sun as it stretches over the land and lights up the estate. You can slip into the pool for a refreshing swim or simply enjoy a hot cup of coffee as the chef prepares your delicious breakfast. Dine alfresco and embrace this Italian way of life. Let the breezes skim across your skin as you explore the vast gardens surrounding your luxurious Villa. In the evenings after dinner, you can open a bottle of exquisite Italian wine and lung outside as you watch the tarts sparkle above you.

Making your way into this luxurious villa you will find yourself on the ground floor. The main Entrance hall is decorated tastefully with a large, intricately carved antique marble dish taking center stage. Through the large arched doorways, you will be led into the library and billiard rooms. The rooms are open, with the large windows spilling light into the rooms. The elegant décor and finesse in the room create a luxurious ambiance for you to indulge in as you play a game of chess to read a book, perched on the plush chairs. The living room is located on this floor and is designed using an open concept floorplan, blending harmoniously with the formal dining area. The living room seats two plush sofas and sits opposite an elegant fireplace. Relax here in the evenings as the fire crackles and you sip on Italian wine. The formal dining table seats a total of eight guests. On the other side of this floor, you will find the kitchen which is fully equipped and ready to use. The kitchen has an additional, casual dining area seating six guests. The whitewashed walls and dated décor of this room create a serene atmosphere. Along the ground floor, you will also discover a breakfast room, guest bathroom, and a cellar.

The first floor embraces the extravagant ballroom and a private Chapel where one can live out a dream wedding here in the privacy of your own villa. There is a large living area and dining room on this floor, catering for more guests. The second floor includes a third living room. Each room in this villa is laced with historically rich artwork and key furnishings, making any living space individual and carefully tailored for you to enjoy.

The villa embraces a total of 7 bedrooms, 5 of which feature private en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom enjoys its Umbria hills own spacious setting, with lavish linens and tasteful furnishings and art. The bathrooms are all fitted with hairdryers, towels, and luxurious toiletries. On the first floor, you will discover two large double bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite. The rooms overlook the property’s landscaped gardens and the Umbria hills. Along this floor are two more twin bedrooms, one of which features a private en-suite. The first floor also includes a guest bathroom. Making your way up to the second floor you will discover a large double/triple bedroom. The room enjoys expansive views. There is another double bedroom on this floor, and both bedrooms feature private en-suites. The remaining bedroom includes a plush single bed and has access to the guest bathroom located on this floor.

Villa Paradiso is peacefully embedded in the serene location of Silvignano in Italy. The villa is set in a large estate overlooking the Valle Della Spina. The village of Silvignano belongs to the municipality of Spoleto which is a part of the Perugia province. The village where your villa is based is a short 10km from the town of Spoleto. The villa is roughly 50km, a forty-minute drive, from the Aeroporto Internazionale dell Umbria (Umbria International Airport).

Spoleto is a city in the region of Umbria, Italy. The City itself is encompassed by vivacious vegetation such as expansive olive groves, vineyards, and gently sloping hills. surrounded by hills, olive groves, and vineyards. With a rich historical past, there are many archeological sites to discover in this area including its Cathedral. The Cathedral dates to the 12th century and is lined with delicate mosaics and frescos crafted by the medieval artist Filippo Lippi.
