The villa is perfectly positioned above the beach and is a few footsteps from the sea. It is the perfect setting and serene tropical ambience to enjoy your holiday time in. The villa is surrounded by lush vivacious greenery and tropical trees. Listen as the breezes rustle through the tall swaying palms, tinged with sweet smelling fragrances and then skims across your skin. These lush tropical gardens offer the maximum privacy possible. Walk down onto the beach and stand on the waters fringe as the waves lap onto your toes. It is the perfect place to spend days on the beach, soaking in the suns golden warmth and swimming in the refreshing salt waters. You can go snorkelling and explore the underwater sea life if you wish. Immerse yourself in an astonishing world of reefs, wrecks and volcanic vents, just minutes offshore in the beautiful waters of Nevis. Known for our colourful sea life, we are exceptionally proud of our famous giant 800-900-pound Leatherback and Hawksbill turtles, among which you can swim with on your dive.

After exploring the waters, you can also make your way to the private beach bar available to all guests staying at Paradise beach. The bar is just steps away from your villa. Under the roof of the charming thatched Tiki Bar, delightful island mixologists will tantalize your senses with their speciality island recipes such as Planter’s Spicy Rum Punch. The beach bar is open from 10 am to dusk. Whether you want to relax on the beach sipping your favourite cocktail and enjoy the views or delving into the waters to explore the exotic reefs, there is something for everyone.

Making your way back to the villa you can relax on the sun deck terrace that is perched above the beachfront. Here you can slip into the soft and crisp waters of the plunge pool and perch yourself on the edge. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the captivating sunrises and sunsets over this Caribbean Island. The pool deck includes a charming thatched Cabana for outdoor dining and comfortable outdoor seating. Here you can enjoy the vibrant meals made by your professional chef and experience this island’s delicious cuisine. On the terrace level, you will be able to have direct access to the main living area with the large glass sliding doors. The large ceiling to floor instalments floods the interiors of the villa with an abundance of light warmth as well as allowing the breezes to floats through our home.

The interiors of the villa are very contemporary and open always making the most of the breathtaking views over the ocean to the neighbouring island. The interiors of this stunning villa have a unique and eclectic mix of the Caribbean and Asian furnishings and wood. It has an Indonesian thatched roof with hand cut exposed beams and a 30-foot vaulted ceiling. The interiors are designed using a soft and faded wood along the walls and a rich caramelized wooden floor. The living and dining area blend into an open room. The clear-cut glass dining table can seat four guests. The living area is fitted with plush sofas, and bold splashes of blue and green are laced throughout the room. The kitchen is very modern and fitted with all the necessary appliance you may wish to use during your stay.

The villa has a total of two luxurious bedrooms. The master bedrooms offer you incredible ocean views over the Caribbean Sea and are completely private and tranquil. The room is fitted with a luxurious King-sized bed, a high-resolution plasma TV, a safe, air-conditioning, and a fan. The bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom that features a large rainfall shower. It includes soft bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer. LOCATION

This beachfront villa is located on Pinney’s beach in Nevis. It is located along the coast and is part of the exclusive Paradise Beach resort. The views are captivating as the slightly elevated villa overlooks the ocean and Nevis Mountain behind it. Nevis is part of the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis, two islands separated only by a two-mile channel called The Narrows. At just 36 miles around, Nevis is nestled in the inner arc of the Leewards Islands chain of the West Indies.

The nearest airport is Vance W Amory Airport and is only a short 8.7 km from the villa. Robert L Bradshaw International Airport in St Kitts is further, at 30 km in total.

The rich and diverse culture of the island of Nevis is best seen in the wonderful local population. The friendly locals who celebrate the colourful traditions of dance, art, drama and food have made this island one of the most exciting and best-kept secrets of the Caribbean.
