Description
Welcome to our lovely 4-bedroom town house, Mullins Bay 10 “Pandora”. This town home is set in the exclusive Mullins Bay development and offers a prime location being just a 1-minute walk to Mullins Bay Beach. Mullins beach is one of the most popular beaches in Barbados. Mullins Beach is a lovely white sandy beach and is perfect for swimming and offers many water sports activities. Here you will find Mullins Beach bar and restaurant – perfect for a light lunch or snack. Guests staying at Pandora also have use of complimentary beach chairs on Mullins Beach. A new beach bar & restaurant called SeaShed has opened up on Mullins Beach also - also great for morning coffee, lunch or a cocktail to watch the stunning sunset.
Pandora is a wonderful vacation rental and is perfect for a family vacation to Barbados. Guests staying here have complimentary access to facilities at Sugar Hill Resort (about 5 minutes drive away, car necessary) as well as Royal Westmoreland Beach Club across the road.
Pandora is two-storey townhouses with 4 bedrooms sleeping, 8 guests. The home is tastefully furnished and decorated. The ground floor comprises of the Living room, Kitchen, Guest bedroom and Shower room. The main living room opens onto a covered patio with outdoor dining and sitting areas overlooking a private plunge pool & garden area. The garden gate provides direct access to a picturesque shared swimming pool, sun terrace & loungers.
The first floor comprises of two additional en-suite Guest bedrooms. Bedroom one is furnished with a King-size bed and Bedroom two with twin beds. Both bedrooms enjoy access to a shared terrace which overlooks the pool deck and offers views of the Mullins Bay Complex.
Guests staying at Mullins Bay 10, Pandora will have full access to facilities at Sugar Hill Resort which include:
• Two swimming pools including an infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea
• Spago Restaurant and poolside bar (closes 2 days during the week)

Beach Club Access at Mullins Beach - Royal Westmoreland
Larry Rogers Beach Club on Mullins Beach sustained damages during the passage of Hurricane Beryl, and it is now closed for repairs. It'll be back better than ever in a couple of months! Updates will be passed on as they are shared with us.
For those villas where the RWM membership is included in the rates, please note the following:
- The beach is open, and guests can get a chair, umbrella, and towel from the beach attendants as customary
- Parking at Singita Wellness is still open to guests with access cards
- Bathroom facilities are located across the street from the beach club and are separate from Singita's bathrooms
- SeaShed is located next door to Larry Rogers and will be open every day from 11:30am (always check directly with the SeaShed for changes to opening days/times). This is an option for meals and drinks at the guests' expense as the restaurant of the Club is closed for refurbishment.

A wonderful time
We had a wonderful time. The villa was really perfect for us. It was bright, nicely laid out, clean, obviously very close to the beach. We took advantage of the large pool at the spa and some of the spa services. The housekeeper, Nancy, is a real gem. You and your team were great to deal with and answered all our questions. We had a blast in Barbados with our family. The team at Exceptional Villas was super super helpful and thanks to them everything went well. Special thanks to Rowena who was outstanding, booked restaurants for us and more. The App is very useful and helps you with the timing of event booked for you as well as arrival and departure times for the family( we were arriving and flying to different countries). The Villa is located is a very nice complex, one step close to the beach where you can enjoy daybeds provided by tue club. You can also enjoy the amenities (sport club, tennis courts…)at the Royal Westmorland club. The staff, for us the wonderful Ms Nancy, was attentive and always ready to help and even cook a delicious Baja’s meal for us. Overall a fantastic experience and we HIGHLY recommend Exceptional Villas. We will be back !

Amazing
Thank you so much for our wonderful stay. We had a super time and only wish we could have stayed for longer! This is a beautiful secluded villa almost on the edge of Mullins Beach and such an oasis of calm to retreat to after a busy beach day. A stunning house- amazing rooms and wet rooms. A super plunge pool. A large shared pool for the compound of houses, and use of all the tennis and sports facilities at Sugar Hill too. Amazing!
