Welcome to our stunning villa Panama which is a 5-bedroom property located on the hillside of St Jean. The villa has wonderful views of the ocean and is only a 2-minute drive from the St Jean beach.

The main living room is situated as soon as you enter the home through the main entrance which has fantastic sea views. The air-conditioned living and dining areas and the Great Room are located on the upper floor, with modern sofas for 6, armchairs, 2 flat-screen televisions with Canal Satellite and Dish Network, and a large dining table for 10 guests that can also be transformed into a billiard/snooker table.

There is an outside living and dining table available seating 8 which is on the front covered terrace overlooking St. Jean Bay. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen which is fully air-conditioned. The living opens also onto the master bedroom with its 2 en-suite bathrooms. The Great Room opens onto a covered terrace with living and dining areas.

Downstairs, on the intermediate level, a stunning deck surrounds a heated infinity pool.

It opens up to both, the pool deck and the air-conditioned fitness room. This area is furnished with a treadmill, bicycle, bodybuilding equipment and hydro jet system bed for massages. There is also a bathroom with a shower by the bar.
