Palm Villa is a modern home decorated in a very sophisticated and chic style. A neutral color scheme can be seen through the property, with various elements of nature being brought inside. This allows the incredible vista to be the main focus throughout this gorgeous Villa. It really is designed to fit right in with the lush landscape; the layout opens up completely to allow the outdoors to seamlessly merge with the interior, which makes for easy living during your vacation.

Palm Villa houses five beautifully decorated bedrooms, ready to house up to ten guests. All the bedrooms come with king or queen-sized beds and have the most stunning views of the surrounding area. Of course, every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, each tiled beautifully. The master bedroom opens onto a terrace that is shared with one other room, while two of the remaining bedrooms share an additional balcony. These are lovely places to relax in the sun and enjoy an interesting novel or the company of a loved one for a heart-to-heart chat.

At Palm Villa, the ground floor is mainly made up of a large open plan living space that is connected to the garden area with floor-to-ceiling doors and windows. A staircase descends from the first floor directly in the center of the atrium, which splits the space. To one side is the Villa’s gourmet kitchen, completely kitted out with all the appliances you could dream up. The kitchen is made of mainly light wood with a darker breakfast bar, the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, as the name suggests, or watch your private chef whip up your favorite meal (the chef is available at an additional cost). Then a round dining table sits under an intricately woven hanging light fixture, with a turntable in the ercenter to make meals as a group just that bit simpler.

Next to this, two white, oversized sofas are right inside the floor-to-ceiling windows and are a great and extremely comfortable place to relax on a hot afternoon. An indoor bar is then beside an additional seating arrangement with an L-shaped couch facing a large flat-screen television. This area is a perfect spot for watching movies, having a competitive game night, or enjoying some fun conversations with friends and family.

The Villa’s outdoor area is another stunning aspect of the property where so much fun can be had. The pool is built into the ground floor terrace and is great for both swimming laps to keep your muscles toned and taking a chill dip to cool down for a few minutes on a hot summer day. An outdoor shower is also available and is lovely, especially in such warm weather. There are also many sunbeds around where you can relax in the sun or shade between swims. Beside the pool, you will find a casual seating arrangement consisting of bright white couches along with a more formal dining table that sits next to a state-of-the-art barbeque grill. This setup is built into a modern outdoor bar which is ideal for cooking while in the company of friends enjoying a cool beer or cocktail of choice. Wander out to the garden for a leisurely stroll and some calming chit-chat after a delicious dinner.

The upper levels of the Villa are also full of outdoor relaxation spots. The first-floor balcony connects to some of the bedrooms and offers both shade and sun with all sorts of seating. Lie back on a sunbed and get that vacation tan, or sip on an iced drink of your choice while chatting by the coffee table. The roof terrace connects to some of the remaining bedrooms and has a smaller dining setup as well as comfortable seating for taking an hour or two to just chill in peace. This is one of the preferred spots to take in the best views of the local area.

Palm Villa is located in Playa del Carmen, the beating heart of the Mayan Riviera, and there are tons of things to do in Riviera Maya. It is only five short minutes away from the beach, where you will find all types of water sports available to suit all kinds of guests, and ten minutes away from a variety of restaurants and bars. If you want to go a little bit further, Playa del Carmen town is a fifteen-minute drive away and is a great town for exploring. Additionally, Palm Villa is located in one of the safest places in Mexico which is an added bonus to such an incredible holiday home.

Being located in Corasol, which is such an exclusive community, Palm Villa guests have access to world-class amenities.
