I absolutely loved Palm Point. It exudes old-world charm and contains numerous historical artifacts. The areas are immense, beginning with the rooms and continuing to the living area. My favorite feature of the house is the private beach, which includes a new beach bar and hammocks.

Palm Point is an exquisite beachfront villa located in Jolly Harbour Antigua, a marina and private residential area, providing 24-hour security for complete peace of mind, as well as having an array of amenities catering to all of your needs, all within walking distance. Situated on the North Shore of Jolly Beach, this 8-bedroom luxury villa rental offers privacy in a stunning beachfront setting with fabulous ocean views.
The location is just superb, you are within walking distance to a wide range of amenities at Jolly Harbour, including water sports at Jolly Beach, and there is also a large selection of pristine white sandy beaches in Antigua just a 5 min drive from your villa.
Palm Point is surrounded by the ocean and still offers privacy as it is nestled in lush tropical gardens. The gardens and surrounding area are maintained to the highest standards and offer beautifully tranquil areas of shade nestled within the palm trees surrounding this delightful villa.
This villa really is one of the most beautiful villas available in Antigua. The stunning entrance porch leads into the vast central hub of the villa with its beautiful vaulted ceiling. From here, the white ceramic Italian tiles extend out onto the white sandy beach to the North West and the stunning pool area to the South West. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi at Palm Point have both been built into the stone paving. These areas benefit from sizeable covered terraces allowing dining alfresco by the pool and watching the boats come in or entertain on the beach with family and friends.
Inside, the villa has a spacious open-plan living area. This stunning 10,000sqft villa has vaulted ceilings throughout and two spacious open-plan lounge areas overlooking the breathtaking pool and the beach. There is also a separate living room providing cable TV and internet needs, while the fully equipped kitchen with its stainless steel appliances is exceptionally well equipped to cater for generous parties and events.
Palm Point comes with eight luxury en-suite bedrooms, each offering spacious design, luxury linens, and walk-in wardrobes. All the en-suite bathrooms have walk-in showers and luxury Italian fixtures and fittings. A family room is now available in the house which has 2 single beds and connects onto one of the king size en suite bedrooms. So Palm Point can now sleep 14 in the house and 18 with the boathouse.

We had an absolute ball.
Hello Aine, Many thanks for your e mail. We had an absolute ball. The villa was wonderful and the manager Gillian was the best. The staff were great but I have to single out our two fabulous chefs. They had just arrived a few days before us and nothing was too much trouble for them. We told them at the outset that we wanted to eat Caribbean food, so did not pick any menus ,they produced the tastiest food imaginable. They were a lovely young couple and I couldn’t speak highly enough of them. The only downside, was an issue with hot water. There was a problem with the showers in some areas of the villa. My bathroom did not have hot water most days. According to Gillian it is an ongoing problem with the plumbing. We left the men behind this time, but we are with a group of couples going to Jamacia in the new year to one of your villas in Montego Bay. Regards, Cathy Hoyne

Luxury Villa
Palm Point is a stunning villa. I love the location of the villa as it is within Jolly Harbour but privately gated giving your privacy. There are many great restaurants and activities nearby which can be easily access by golf cart. I love the space within the villa, it is perfect for a large group. The outdoor space is also great with the beautiful pool area. I really liked that you can relax and watch the boats come and go into the harbour. I would highly recommend this villa for a large group, it has everything you need.
Gorgeous Beachfront Home!
Palm Point is an incredibly spacious and private property located in the wonderful Jolly Harbour. Six of the seven bedrooms are in the main house and the Master Bedroom is a private cottage just steps from the main villa. This Master Bedroom is built on the water and would be the perfect romantic hideaway for one lucky couple in the party. All of the bedrooms are en-suite and comfortable. The living space features many seating and dining options for you to enjoy and the fully equipped kitchen is the perfect spot for the budding chefs in the group. Antique furniture has been thoughtfully chosen by the homeowners and add a welcome unique character to the home. The outdoor space of Palm Point is exceptional and is steps from a beautiful sandy beach. The villa also comes with Kayaks and Peddle Boats which would be a great way to explore the coast and the bay. Guests are also welcome to avail of a complimentary 4 hour boat trip during their stay in the homeowner's private yacht. I would highly recommend Palm Point for a group of family and friends.
Wonderfully interesting villa
I really love Palm Point. As soon as you enter the house, you know you're somewhere special. All rooms are very very large with interesting quirky antique pieces throughout the property. You can tell that the owners are fascinated by antiques with a difference and it's wonderful that they are happy to share them. The villa is white and bright throughout with natural light flowing everywhere. It has its own private beach with a beautiful natural manicured garden leading to the shore. Included in the rental of this delightful home is a 4-hour boat trip on a most impressive motor yacht. Ronnie, the housekeeper is delightful and adds to the happy feeling you get when you stay at this house.
Amazing Villa
Palm Point is one of the nicest villas I have seen. It is so gorgeous. The location is just perfect with your own private beach. Ronnie the housekeeper is so nice and has so much pride in the villa.
