Unit 101 is perfectly situated on the Eastern Corner of the Palm Beach Complex creating a private and tranquil space with amazing views of the landscaped gardens, beach, and ocean beyond. This unit has a lovely walkway through the lush tropical gardens onto the communal swimming pool, making it the perfect space to call home when on Holiday.

Palm Beach 101 is decorated to celebrate Barbados living and the artwork chosen by the owner depicts old Barbados as it once was. As you continue through the entranceway your eyes are immediately drawn to the view through the living room windows. The open plan living and dining area are well laid out to enjoy the views and cool breezes from the East of the island. The kitchen features top of the line appliances and a 6-seater breakfast bar perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with family and friends.

The master bedroom offers an expansive area including a sitting area, desk, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower and soaking tub. The master bedroom also has views of the ocean through the large glass sliding door. Bedrooms two and three both feature en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, desks and built-in cupboards.

Vacationing in Barbados is all about being outside and the covered patio in unit 101 has everything you need to sit back relax and enjoy your holiday. Enjoy playing cards or having a meal while listening to the gentle waves rolling in the sea or take one of the sun loungers onto the private grass area just off the patio to soak up the sun and get that tan everyone back home will be jealous of. Take the path down to the pool and dive into one of three expansive communal pools perfect for cooling off.

The Condominiums at Palm Beach has a myriad of amenities to be enjoyed by guests including a private on-site gym, 24-hour security, three communal pools, beach access and a prime location. Walk just two minutes down the beach and join the South Coast Boardwalk where you can enjoy dinner and drinks at restaurants and bars such as Blakey’s on The Boardwalk, Tapas, Blue Pineapple or Naru. Head over to the Historic Garrison Savannah to take in a day of Horse Racing.
