Welcome to Padrona, a 7-bedroom villa nestled in the heart of Tuscany.
Villa Padrona offers an exclusive retreat in the scenic Cecina Valley, an area famed for its rolling hills, coastal charm, and cultural richness. Surrounded by vineyards, ancient forests, and medieval hilltop towns like Volterra and Bolgheri, this refined estate blends natural beauty with refined comfort. Whether you're sipping local wine by the sea, wandering historic cobbled streets, or setting off for a day trip to Elba Island, the villa serves as the perfect base for immersive, slow-paced Tuscan living.
With seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, Padrona is spacious yet intimate. In the main villa, the ground floor hosts a palatial king suite with garden access, fireplace, and an en suite with both tub and shower, along with a second king room featuring an en suite shower. Upstairs, five more elegant bedrooms include a four-poster suite with a private terrace overlooking the pool, two queen rooms with private baths, a French bed room, and the option to create a connected family suite with a private entrance. An additional bedroom in the annex features a unique round bed and an accessible bathroom, making it ideal for guests seeking privacy or barrier-free accommodations. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and each bathroom includes a hairdryer.
Designed for elevated living, the ground floor living area features soaring ceilings with skylights, rich leather seating, a designer fireplace, and a grand piano. A mezzanine-level pool table and a vaulted entertaining space with brick archways add character, while the chef’s kitchen and formal dining space for 16 make hosting effortless. The villa’s private spa is a standout, complete with a thermal indoor pool, chromotherapy, hydromassage jets, and a counter-current system. Additional wellness facilities include a Finnish sauna, hammam, relaxation lounge, and a full gym.
On the first floor, a plush theater room invites you to unwind with Sky TV, while an adjacent study offers a peaceful setting for work or quiet reading.
Step outside and the Tuscan countryside unfolds around you. A sun-drenched pool awaits a few steps from the villa, flanked by a sundeck with loungers and a pergola. An outdoor kitchen and bar make it easy to enjoy poolside meals and cocktails. For the active, forest paths nearby are ideal for hiking or cycling. The estate spans 40 hectares, providing total seclusion with views that stretch for miles.
Villa Padrona’s amenities include air conditioning, fireplaces, a smart TV with streaming, sound system, mosquito nets, espresso and drip coffee makers, icemaker, wine cooler, washer and dryer, outdoor BBQ, heated pool, and a firepit. Five e-bikes are also available for rent, and the estate features private parking and a heliport for seamless arrival.
Located close to Volterra, San Gimignano, and the chic beach town of Forte dei Marmi, Villa Padrona is perfect for cultural day trips and beach outings to spots like Cala Violina and Follonica. The port of Piombino, just a short drive away, provides access to the island of Elba.
All utilities, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, and full garden and pool maintenance are included with your stay. Additional services such as grocery pre-stocking, e-bike rental, and in-house cooking are available upon request. A refundable security deposit and a visitor’s tax may apply. Pets are welcome with prior approval, and the villa operates as a non-smoking property. Pool use is seasonal, from May to October.
