Superb Villa
We stayed 2 nights at this impressive property and I loved it there. Its' location makes it perfect for guests who appreciate privacy on vacation, while being conveniently a short drive to town and to my favourite restaurant, Le Tamarin. I loved the spacious layout of the villa and the views over the ocean both during the day and on a moonlit night. The villa has a welcoming feel and it's definitely a place to relax and unwind.

Situated in the picturesque area of Toiny, Over the Ocean is an architectural masterpiece with a stunning ocean view. This luxurious four-bedroom property overlooks Toiny Beach and provides exceptional comfort and amenities, ensuring an unforgettable stay in St. Barths.
Recently constructed, Villa Over the Ocean is nestled in a tropical paradise, offering breathtaking ocean views. The villa comprises four independent buildings arranged around a central swimming pool, surrounded by lush gardens. The main building features a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs set against wide bay windows that frame the ocean view. The fully equipped kitchen, along with a dining area that seats eight, is located at the back of the living room, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. The striking contrast between the white vaulted ceilings and warm, dark wood elements adds a touch of elegance to the space. Another building houses a large television room with a cozy sofa, perfect for movie nights in an elegantly designed setting. Over the Ocean, with its tropical garden and ocean views, provides a peaceful and restful retreat.
The villa's expansive terrace features a heated infinity pool that seamlessly blends with the horizon. Sun loungers and umbrellas are placed near tall palm trees, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the gentle Caribbean breeze. An outdoor lounge and dining area for ten guests is situated on a covered terrace by the pool, ideal for al fresco dining in the warm Caribbean air. The green lawns surrounding the dark wood buildings add a poetic and contemporary touch, complementing the stunning ocean view.
Villa Over the Ocean includes four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with queen beds, ocean views, and en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom is located on the first floor and features a private balcony, while the remaining three are on the main level, spread across different buildings, with direct access to the terrace or garden. The bedrooms are equipped with television sets and dressing rooms and feature soft, sandy tones, creating a tranquil and bright ambiance in this idyllic setting.

Large indoor dining table for eight guests and another one on the covered terrace.
LOUNGE ROOM: On the main level, opening onto the terrace. Air-conditioning, HD-TV, Dish Network and Apple TV, WIFI, sound system.
OUTDOOR LOUNGE AREA: Nice lounge area on the covered part of the terrace. Dining area with an outdoor bar.
POOL & TERRACE: Large terrace, heated pool, sun loungers, parasols, gas barbecue.
OUTDOORS: Private parking at the property entrance. The beautiful garden surrounding the villa.
