Welcome to Orfea, a magnificent 14-bedroom villa located in the Italian countryside in Tuscany.

This home offers all that you could possibly dream of for an Italian escape. It will be a base from which you and your guests can explore all the beauty and luxury that this area has to offer. Villa Orfea, also known as BRV ORF, is a 6-bedroom villa that is part of a private estate consisting of 2 smaller houses for a total of 14-bedrooms and is located just 5 minutes from the city of Lucca. This gated and completely fenced estate has extensive manicured grounds, an Italian-style garden with a romantic pergola and a playground for children.

The foyer leads to the family room, which is decorated with typical Tuscan colours of golden yellow and terra cotta, creating an airy and fresh effect. Frescoed walls and a large fireplace are the focal points, along with a beautiful crystal chandelier. The lounge room offers a large flat-screen satellite TV and a well-stocked library room. The sitting room with a working fireplace and comfortable sofas serve as an ideal spot for reading. Enjoy all that this wonderful home has to offer, while also being able to explore Italy and its magnificent countryside.

The very generous formal dining room seats up to 50 people (ideal for large formal gatherings). The room features lit china cabinets, a coffered ceiling, artwork, and tall arched French doors, which open onto the garden. The professional-grade kitchen boasts ample counter space for prepping meals, a gorgeous central stove, a vaulted ceiling, a large window, and access to the garden.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The master family suite on the first floor has a king-size bed. The second bedroom on the first-floor mezzanine is furnished with a queen-size bed or twin beds. The first-floor houses 3 more bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, while 1 bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds. The second-floor bedroom offers a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and separate shower.

The lower level houses a state-of-the-art private wellness area, which includes a Turkish bath, sauna, shower, salt room, and meditation room. The lower level also boasts a stone cellar with a wine tasting room and fireplace. Spend an evening in this space to finish off a wonderful day in your Italian paradise.

A grassy area with loungers surrounds the large pool. Enjoy an Italian summer, soaking up the warm sun, eating bruschetta and sipping on some of the best Italian wine. This area is a perfect place to spend time with your family and friends. This villa also comes with an elevator, covered parking, a washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi.

The Pool House is a quaint two-story stone house carefully restored and tastefully furnished. On the ground floor, a generous open floor plan with a sitting area and eat-in kitchen, brightened by travertine marble floors in a neutral colour. The sitting area opens onto the main garden and offers a nice al-fresco dining area. On the first floor is one double bedroom and bathroom with jetted tub and one twin bedroom.

The Red House is a three-story annexe adjacent to the main villa on the opposite side of the pool house. Each apartment in the red house has its own unique style and design. Giardino has a spacious living room with sofa and satellite television, eat-in kitchen, large double bedroom, and bathroom. The living room opens onto the beautiful veranda, where breakfast and lunch or even a cup of coffee can be enjoyed outdoors.

A wood-burning pizza oven is also near the veranda. Luminoso has a spacious entrance, living room with sofa, eat-in kitchen with a romantic small terrace, looking out onto the vineyard below, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and one twin bedroom with private bathroom. Romantico is a bright second-floor apartment with a spacious entrance, living room with sofa, eat-in kitchen with a view of the garden and the swimming pool.

One double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and one twin bedroom with private bathroom is housed within Romantico. Mansarda is an exquisite cosy apartment with a large twin bedroom, living room with sofa and Satellite television and a quaint eat-in kitchen.

*Note - You can rent the main house (six bedrooms) or if added rooms are needed, you can rent the two-bedroom pool house for eight bedrooms or just the Red House (has four bedrooms) along with the main for ten bedrooms, or rent them all together for fourteen bedrooms. Owners live in an independent separate quarter on the estate, privacy is guaranteed.

Bedroom 5: King/twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

SECOND FLOOR (only accessible by stairs) :
Bedroom 6: King bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and shower stall.

THE POOL HOUSE (2BD/2BTH – SLEEPS 4):
Quaint two-story stone house carefully restored and tastefully furnished.

GROUND FLOOR:
A generous open floorplan with sitting area and eat-in kitchen, brightened by travertine marble floors in neutral colour. A bathroom is also on this floor. The sitting area opens onto the main garden and offers a pleasant al fresco dining area.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 7: Double bedroom with bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.
Bedroom 8: Twin bedroom.

THE RED HOUSE: (4 APARTMENTS – SLEEPS 12)
A three-story annexe is adjacent to the main villa (opposite side of The Pool House).

Ground floor – Apartment 1 (1bd/1bth – sleeps 2):
Large living room with sofa and satellite TV, eat-in kitchen. The living room opens onto the veranda, where breakfast and lunch can be enjoyed outdoors. A wood-burning pizza oven is also near the veranda.
Bedroom 9: Large double bedroom and bathroom.

FIRST FLOOR – Apartment 2 (2bd/2bth – sleeps 4):
Spacious entrance, living room with sofa, eat-in kitchen with a romantic small terrace looking out onto the vineyard below.

Bedroom 10: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom;
Bedroom 11: Twin bedroom with private bathroom.

SECOND FLOOR – Apartment 3 (2bd/2bth – sleeps 4) :
Spacious entrance, living room with sofa, eat-in kitchen with a view of the garden and the swimming pool.
Bedroom 12: Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom;
Bedroom 13: Twin bedroom with private bathroom.

THIRD FLOOR– Apartment 4 (1bd/1bth – sleeps 2):
Spacious living room with sofa and Satellite TV, eat-in kitchen, a dressing room off the bathroom.
Bedroom 14: Large twin bedroom.
All bedrooms are provided with A/C and all bathrooms are supplied with hair dryers.
