Welcome to Only You, a wonderful 5-bedroom villa located near Petit Cul De Sac in St Barths. This home will be a base from which you can explore all that this incredible island has to offer. The u-shaped compound surrounds two wonderful, heated pools that stretch out like an emerald lagoon in a luscious setting of beautifully landscaped gardens. Here you can sit back and soak in the serene atmosphere of this location. A small view of the actual lagoon of Petit Cul de Sac can be enjoyed from most of the deck and the main house, and the private beach of the gated community is a short walk, which makes this house great for families with children.

The main room can be fully air-conditioned and includes a large, modern kitchen with a huge island with a breakfast bar that can seat 10 people, and the cozy living room around the pop-up TV with the U.S and French satellite, as well as Apple TV. On the terrace outside the main room is a large dining table that can seat up to 14 people, with an exterior kitchen and bar. Just around the corner are an outdoor yoga area and a fitness room. So, if you wish to take advantage of these areas and keep fitness levels up, you can do so at Only You.

The deck surrounding the pools offers several seating areas, including an outdoor living area with a TV and bar. This space is ideal for all members of the group to join together and enjoy each other’s company. There are loungers all around the pools, and the bedrooms also have private terraces with seating. The villa has a Sonos sound system with speakers outside for entertainment.

Each of the five bedrooms has its own unique style but is fully contemporary in materials and equipment. All that you need is provided for you at Only You. The primary master bedroom is a spacious bungalow with a U.S. king-sized bed, flanked by two gorgeous pillar lights hanging from the ceiling. It comes with an oversized dressing area and bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is accessed from the living room. It has a California king-sized bed, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

The other three bedrooms are each in a private bungalow with a terrace. These rooms come with a European king-sized bed, ample closet space, and ensuite bathroom with shower. All five bedrooms have U.S. satellite and Apple TV, including Netflix. The rooms have been designed to allow guests to relax and enjoy the bliss of the beautiful location. Open out your windows and take in the fresh sea air and wonderful sunlight.

LOCATION:
The villa is located near Vitet in St Barths. Petit Cul de Sac and Grand Cul de Sac beaches are just a few minutes’ drive away. Edged by coconut palms, Marigot Beach is a tranquil nature reserve with beautiful crystalline waters — ideal for swimming and snorkeling. It is almost always calm sheltered from the wind and ideal for mooring small pleasure craft.

Grand Cul De Sac is a lovely lagoon popular with families. The beach borders a shallow, well-protected bay, and the water is warm and relatively calm. It has several restaurants, hotels, and water sports are available including a windsurfing rental station. You can even take a kite surfing lesson if you wish.

Petit Cul De Sac is an ideal place to walk and spend time with family. Enjoy the marvelous views, the clear blue waters and you could even have a picnic.
