This home is spread across two wonderful floors. Three of the bedrooms are accessed from the main room in the villa. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor. All bedrooms are comfortable and luxurious and offer a space for guests to rest and relax after a long day of exploring the island.

Two of the rooms in the villa have an ocean view and the third has a garden view. You can relax while enjoying the spectacular views from the comfort of your large queen beds. While the fourth bedroom has a limited view, it is located on the lower level and is accessed from the outdoor stairway. This space is a wonderful quiet space where guests can enjoy maximum privacy, peace, and comfort. All bedrooms have a European king-sized bed, ample closet space, connected TVs with Netflix, etc, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Just above is the main level with the large outdoor space that has several seating and lounging areas by the heated pool. This is an ideal space for all guests to gather and enjoy a family vacation together. Rest on one of the many sun loungers that surround the pool.

The spacious main room includes a seating area around the entertainment center, a dining area, and a large, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The indoor and outdoor spaces in the villa are beautifully fused by the large sliding glass doors. This lets you enjoy the natural light and fresh sea breeze while sitting in the comfortable lounge area in the shade.

The kitchen in the home is fully equipped and is ideal for catering to your guests. While enjoying views of the sea, you can cook or prepare your favorite beverages. You can also organize for a chef to come to your home and prepare meals if you prefer. The indoor dining area which seats eight is the ideal space to enjoy these meals.

The entirety of the home has been beautifully designed in the classic Caribbean villa style. Filled with clean and elegant designs as well as being modern and comfortable, this villa is the ideal place for a family vacation in paradise.

LOCATION:
Only View is located in the heights of Mont Jean. The villa is not far from the island's top destinations including Grand Cul-de-Sac Beach and St Jean Bay. St-Jean is one of the most sought-after locations on the island, offering many fine-dining opportunities, boutiques, and white sandy beaches. St-Jean beach is listed as one of the best Caribbean beaches.

On Sundays make your way to Nikki Beach for a great beach party atmosphere. Have a drink at the bar, dance with your friends, or slip into the turquoise waters of Grand Cul-de-Sac Beach or St Jean beach close by – the choice is yours!

The beaches here in St Barts are stunning. An all-time favorite is Colombier Beach, as it is off the beaten track. This beach requires a 20-minute walk along the coast, but it makes this secluded and quiet beach so worthwhile. The water is crystal clear, and the white sand is sugar fine. You can even hire a private charter to sail along the island and stop at this captivating beach, sail onto the shore (or swim!), and enjoy this wonderfully preserved paradise. We recommend bringing an umbrella for shade if you intend to spend a long day in Colombier. For something, a little more active, then head to Petite Cul-de-Sac on the east coast of St Barts. This white sand beach offers great water sports activities such as windsurfing!

The island hosts an array of fun activities and excursions for you to enjoy during your stay. One of the best places to visit is Gustavia, the capital of the island. This yacht-filled marina is lined with restaurants, designer shops, and smaller boutiques filled with Caribbean treasures.
