Welcome to Villa Oliviera, a beautiful Italian villa that has been beautifully restored to a charming three-bedroom escape for a family or 3 couples. With stunning views of the area around Montalcino, breezy living spaces, and quiet, private bedroom suites, the villa offers all the traditional architecture and views of the Tuscan countryside with touches of romance and luxury.
Villa Oliveria has a rustic feel about it, when you enter the living room you will notice its white beamed ceiling and Mediterranean floor tiles. There is plenty of comfortable seating, an open fireplace, and double doors out to the patio. Just off the living area, you have the charming kitchen. Again it has that old-style feel about it with tiled floors and yellow blinds on the windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities, also as there is a wooden table and 4 chairs for dining if needed.
There are 3 good-sized bedrooms and each has an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and flat-screen TV. There are two bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom has traditional beamed ceilings, painted white and charming accents, whether a wrought-iron four-poster bed, striped upholstered headboards, or a kelly green velour sofa perfect for an afternoon nap.
The villa is located very close to the Championship golf course and is located on the Castiglion del Bosco estate. Your nearest restaurant is 1 km away and the town of Montalcino is about 10kn away. Here is where you will get all your groceries and supplies.

Area description
A meandering, cypress-lined road leads to the Borgo, the historic heart of Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco’s bygone farming community. Located on a hilltop, overlooking patchwork fields that stretch out below towards Montalcino, the Borgo was the center of the estate’s activities for hundreds of years. Dominated by the ruins of the medieval castle that gives the estate its name, it is a place brimming with memories waiting to be explored.
Within the Borgo, the historic manor house, old winery, stables, church of San Michele Arcangelo, priest’s house, and other buildings have all been meticulously restored and repurposed. The village now features two restaurants, a cooking school, an organic kitchen garden, 23 suites, a spa, an infinity pool, and a fitness center.
Castiglion Del Bosco is situated close to the beautiful city of Siena and 120 kilometers from Florence airport.
