Our stunning penthouse has the most incredible views looking out onto Payne’s Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in Barbados. You will be able to enjoy the views of the pristine white sandy beach and azure blue sea from the gorgeous chic sitting room, enormous terrace, and two master bedrooms.

Old Trees nestles in the most exclusive part of the Island neighboring the Sandy Lane Hotel and some of the most luxurious properties in Barbados. As you enter the top floor of Old Trees, the view to the beautifully furnished sitting room, sun terrace, plunge pool and turquoise sea beyond will literally take your breath away.

The Terrace at Old Trees Penthouse is absolutely stunning. There is a large dining table, sun loungers, and a beautiful plunge pool. Together with the plunge pool, there’s a large free-form shared swimming pool in the private gardens of Old Trees.

With 6200 sq feet of living space, there is no better place to enjoy the beautiful, friendly, and laid-back island of Barbados. The open floor plan features a fully-equipped kitchen with adjacent staff quarters, spacious living room affording a private billards table, stretch right onto the covered terrace with further seating, flat screen TV with Apple TV, DVD player, and dining areas.

The accommodation is second to none with two large master suites offering wonderful ocean views, both featuring supremely comfortable king-sized beds. The master suites are equal and are perfect for two couples.

Each master features double doors opening onto the terrace which is ideal for sunbathing or just looking at the incredible views of the sapphire waters and endless horizon. There are spacious walk-in wardrobes leading to luxurious marble bathrooms with oversized baths, double vanity areas, and a rain shower.

There are a further two spacious deluxe twin rooms which can be joined into a king if requested. Both twin rooms have beautiful bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and separate glass-enclosed showers.

All bedrooms include a television with access to Apple internet TV; Bedrooms 3 and 4 also have access to cable channels. Bedroom 3 also includes a Playstation system. Throughout the entire penthouse, guests will enjoy a Sonos surround sound system which can be controlled by both Android and Apple devices.

Beauty, serenity, and the sights and sounds of the tropics surround you day and night. STAFF: When you stay at The Old Trees Penthouse, you will be personally cared for by our wonderful housekeeper together with your own chef 6 days per week. On the beach, the beach butlers will be on hand to look after your every need and ensure your comfort at all times.
