Old Trees 7 has an incredible location on one of the best beaches in Barbados. A flight of stairs or elevator takes you to the beautiful tropical communal gardens with a free-form swimming pool and waterfalls and onto the golden sands of Payne’s Bay Beach, where exclusive sun loungers and umbrellas are provided.

The beach is perfectly safe for swimming and water sports are available also. The beach is famous for "Swimming with Turtles" and is also ideal for strolling to the Sandy Lane Hotel beach which is just one bay to the North. You will also be able to enjoy an incredible selection of oceanside restaurants just a couple of minutes away. Also, Holetown is a 15-minute walk away where you will find some wonderful local and designer shopping.

The Old Trees Residences are an extremely exclusive development featuring just 14 properties nestled among palm trees and lush gardens with incredible views of the sea and just a couple of steps from the beach. There is a Beach Butler on hand to organise your sun beds, bring you cold towels and anticipate your every need.

When you stay at Old Trees, you will be able to enjoy all the luxury that you might find in the very best hotels in the world but with lots of extra space and privacy. There are three very spacious bedrooms – The master bedroom has stunning views and features a king-sized bed with double doors that lead onto a private Terrace where you will be able to enjoy the beautiful views. The second bedroom also has a double bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds. Each of the lovely bedrooms features luxurious marble bathrooms.

The living area and open-plan indoor dining area are extremely spacious. There are large French doors leading from the living room to the covered Terrace. The terrace is stunning and features a relaxed seating area as well as a dining area perfect for al fresco dining. This is the perfect place to relax, enjoy a cocktail at sunset or have meals with friends and family. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with every imaginable appliance. The décor is lovely accented by upholstered furniture and bed covers. Old Trees 7 is fully air-conditioned as well as having ceiling fans in each room. You will enjoy magnificent sea views from the living, dining and master bedroom. All in all, you will feel like you have reached paradise.

The development is gated and accessed only through an intercom to the 24 hours on the property security team. Tranquillity, luxury, quality housekeeping service and breathtaking sea views are what you can expect when booking your stay at Old Trees 7.

Just so that you feel pampered, Old Trees 7 comes with our wonderful housekeeper who will be on hand with a big smile to look after you six days per week. Guests staying over Christmas & Winter will also have our cook there six days per week & she'll prepare two consecutive meals daily( breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner). If you do decide to leave the sanctuary that is Old Trees, there is an incredible selection of wonderful beachside restaurants just a short drive away.
