This five-star residence features four uniquely designed bedrooms, two of which are master bedrooms with king beds. The third bedroom has two double beds, and the final room has two twin beds that can be made into a king. All of the bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms. One of the master bedrooms comes with an outdoor shower, and the second has its very own outdoor bathtub. Additionally, all bedrooms have direct access to the main terrace or a private terrace thurs providing plenty of open-air spots to enjoy your “at home” time.

The Ocean View Penthouse is decorated in a contemporary Mexican coastal style with regional art pieces and furnishings that really make the most of the 4,295 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor space.

This property also houses a fully equipped kitchen. Complete with granite countertops that complement the wooden presses and finishings. The light tiled floor adds light to the room and ties this space together with the adjacent living area. You can whip up any meal in this kitchen or enjoy a quick snack before going to bed, or prepare a warm cup of coffee when you wake up in the mornings. A private chef is also available at your request and can prepare a customised menu just for you and your guests.

Just in front of the kitchen is the main dining set-up. A large round table is perfectly suited to seat all guests and is the ideal place for you all to enjoy a delicious breakfast or dinner together while planning the day’s agenda. Located to one side of this is the living and television area. A couch and multiple comfortable chairs surround a coffee table, great for a game night or just a card game between two. A large television set on the wall makes this a wonderful choice for watching your favourite tv show or partaking in a movie marathon.

The Penthouse’s outdoors has no shortage of relaxation spots. The gorgeous pool looks out over the ocean with sun loungers and a smaller dining arrangement surrounding it. Take your time to chill and maybe bask in the heat before a mid-day siesta or a dip in the pool to cool down. To one side, you can access the designated terraces for two of the bedrooms, while on the other side, there is a state of the art barbeque grill. Grilling your favourite foods is a lovely way to spend an evening.
