The property consists of an elegant main house with two bedrooms, and an additional guest cottage with two further bedrooms, welcoming 8 guests in total.

Built over two levels, the main house follows a nautical theme, with crisp white lines and subtle hints of blue in the tones. A clever mixture of dark wood and bamboo can be seen throughout the furnishings, adding a traditional touch to the minimalist accent of the property. The stylish interior has been created by the classic designer Amanda Lindroth, and reflects the vibe of the island perfectly.

The lower level of the main house includes a king bedroom with en-suite, and a spacious adjoining living room. The living area features a delicate blend of traditional and modern décor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A plush white sofa offers a welcome respite and is a wonderfully cool spot to enjoy after a day of warm Caribbean sunshine. The living room leads directly to the downstairs bedroom on the lower level and this cozy bedroom has direct access to the spacious, covered veranda where a large dining table overlooks the pristine swimming pool and enclosed garden. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen on this level offers all modern appliances, a handy prep-island, and a wine cellar. There is also a washer/dryer and guest powder room.

A flight of stairs from the kitchen leads to the upper level where you will find the spacious master suite alongside a second large living room. There is also a large shuttered veranda area on the upper level which provides a lovely peaceful corner of the residence from which to enjoy the pristine ocean view. In keeping with the décor of the rest of the house, the upstairs suite embraces its natural surroundings with white-washed walls providing an elegant backdrop to the contrasting bamboo and wood tones.

Just a few steps from the main house, there are two further bedrooms within the quaint guest cottage which can be found adjacent to the pool. This cottage includes a king bedroom with ocean views, and a twin-bedded room with a garden view and each with their own patio access.

The oceanfront patio and garden offers 1,110 square feet of outdoor space and likely where you’ll spend much of your time, sipping cool drinks and enjoying al fresco dinners by the private pool. The beautifully furnished area outside makes it easy for the whole group to gather as one, or to break away to more private corners. And for those preferring the comfort of the air conditioning inside, retreat to the living room and enjoy the villa’s quiet ambience.

There is direct access to the beach at the end of the garden where you can choose to sunbathe on its soft sands or swim in the pristine waters. A refreshing outdoor shower is a handy addition to the garden facilities.
The combined floor space of the house and cottage together amounts to over 2,500 square feet, making it a perfect destination for a couples’ retreat or a vacation with friends and family.
