Welcome to Ocean’s 5, a modern Oceanview villa perched along the gently sloping hillside of Flamand’s in St Barths. This luxurious 5-bedroom villa is perfect for a family vacation. The villa enjoys panoramic views over the beach and Bay of Flamand’s, while being a short drive to the beaches, airport, grocery store and main areas of St Jean and Gustavia. Accommodating up to 10 guests, Oceans 5 provides a Caribbean like no other.

Oceans 5 is a modern and open plan villa that enjoys its elevated location, overlooking the island, the Bay of Flamand’s and the nearby island of Bonhomme. Walk out onto the terrace and enjoy the sun stretching over the island as you sip on a freshly brewed coffee. The terrace has all you need for an island getaway with its own private pool, lined with sun loungers and alfresco dining and seating spaces. The swimming pool also comes heated for comfortable temperatures year-round and perfect for night swimming. Indulge in a pool-side meal as the sun sets in the distance. You can even have your Exceptional Villas Concierge team to arrange for your very own private chef. Allow you meals to be catered for as you sip on a cocktail and lounge by the pool.

Making your way into the villa from the terrace you will find yourself in the spacious living area. Here you will notice the high-ceilings, and smooth tiled floors which creates an air of elegance and charm. The Kitchen is one one end of the room with the living area on the other. The kitchen comes fully equipped for your stay and includes a large breakfast bar with additional seating.

The villa is great for families as all bedrooms are located within the main villa, with no exterior or separate buildings. The master bedroom has a king bed. There are two guest rooms which connect, making it perfect for a family with young children. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, and access to the guest bathroom while the 5th bedroom is located downstairs.

LOCATION DETAILS
Ocean 5 is located in Flamand’s along the northwesterly coast of St Barths. As the island is relatively small you are never far from any of the fun activities, excursions, and sites you may wish to explore. To drive from one end of the island to the other takes twenty minutes! Gustaf Airport and the supermarket are a short five-minute drive from the villa.

The island hosts an array of fun activities and excursions for you to enjoy during your stay. One of the best places to visit is Gustavia, the capital of the island. The beaches in St Barts are stunning. You can visit many of the island most sought after beaches such as St Jean or Nikki Beach, or simply relax on Flamand’s beach which is a minutes’ drive away. Colombier Beach is a great beach to visit as it is off the beaten track. This beach requires a 20-minute walk along the coast, but it makes this secluded and quiet beach so worthwhile. The water is crystal clear, and the white sand is sugar fine. You can even hire a private charter to sail along the island and stop at this captivating beach, sail onto the shore (or swim!) and enjoy this wonderfully preserved paradise. We recommend bringing an umbrella for shade if you intend to spend a long day Colombier.
