Welcome to Ocean 5, a newly constructed and lavishly designed 6-bedroom villa that sits at the very edge of the northern shore of St Martin, overlooking the Caribbean.

Modern in aesthetic and function, Ocean 5 is luxury encapsulated in a contemporary format; chic furnishings combined with a minimalist and clean-edged sense of décor lend the villa a tranquil and easygoing vibe. The open-concept design of the great room expands onto the terrace, adding to the already cavernous space. The great room’s contents, lounge, dining area, and kitchen have an exterior counterpart, catering to lovers of al fresco and taking your ease in the refreshing sea breeze.

Comfortable oversized armchairs and cushy sofas fill the lounge, facing towards the retractable glass. Every part of the house endeavors to ensure you never miss an opportunity to gaze out upon the beautiful view, including the kitchen; well-equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, it can stand up to the scrutiny of any discerning chef and easily produce mouth-watering meals. The dining area between the lounge and kitchen has the Caribbean as a fabulous backdrop.

The villa is awash with amenities; though the beach is just a few moments away, you may be tempted to linger at Ocean 5; a media room with widescreen TV and cozy couches is the perfect place to enjoy some downtime, and for those who wish to keep up their fitness regime, a private fitness room with an assortment of equipment is provided. A stylish terrace holds lounge areas, both shaded and in the sun, a superb spot to relax and take in your surroundings. Framing an infinity-edge swimming pool, the terrace will become a fast favorite among guests as their chill-out spot. Outfitted with exterior lighting and an upper terrace, day beds, sun loungers, and more, social gatherings and casual get-togethers can extend long into the night.

Each room is equipped to provide a luxury master suite experience, with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms to add extra privacy. Split between upstairs and downstairs, the six rooms enjoy fantastic views to wake up to, with access to either the pool terrace or the sun deck.

We offer a full, complimentary concierge service with all our villas at Exceptional Villas. We can arrange car rental, VIP airport assistance, airport transfers, pre-stock the villa with groceries before your arrival, make restaurant reservations, spa treatments, organize excursions, and much more. A team member has personally inspected all our villas, and we feature only the best villas throughout the Caribbean and some parts of Europe.
