Welcome to our luxurious 4-bedroom property Océane with superb panoramic ocean views. This villa is located in the gated community of Terres Basses with spectacular sunsets.

Villa Océane has an extensive terrace and a large heated pool with a built-in table at the shallow end, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. The villa has a spacious living area with a high standard fully equipped kitchen that faces the pool and the ocean.

Océane has four gorgeous bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds. This is the perfect villa for families and large groups.

The villa is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and the beach of Plum Bay is a 5-minute walk or a short drive away. Plum Bay in Terres Basses St Martin is a secluded beach near to Long Beach, where surfers love to play. This may be one of the most romantic beaches on the island with calm waters and the chance for a bit of privacy, especially throughout the weekdays.

Heated Pool Note:
The pool can and will be heated only in the Winter months from December 15th to April 30th every year.
The highest temperature is limited to 86 degrees Fahrenheit/30 Celcius. If guests have a specific temperature they prefer, please inform our concierge team prior to arrival, as it needs to be set by the maintenance team. Guests are not allowed to change pool temperature themselves.
Outside this period, heating is optional for an additional cost of $350 per week.
