This luxury Italian villa is centrally located and in a unique position in the city's greenest area, the wonderful park of Villa Doria Pamphili, just 2 km away from Vatican City and the Trastevere area.

Villa Nocetta is conveniently located in one of the most exclusive, elegant and quieter areas of Rome, which is only 2 km away from Vatican; it makes a great base from which to explore the city. Located in Monteverde, the villa is close to many restaurants, boutiques and activities. Vatican, Trastevere and Villa Borghese are just a few kilometres away. The Villa is easily accessible from Naples and Florence which is one hour by train.

Villa Nocetta offers guests the utmost in luxury services and amenities. Inside, the villa is beautifully decorated and offers a contemporary, spacious and luxurious villa where guests can relax and enjoy the natural surroundings of the villa.

Villa Nocetta, built around the end of the 50s, has been recently subjected to an accurate renovation of the architect Stefania Pessina who, preserving the original architectural, upon request of the customer, has turned up the residence in a Luxury Home, where both the living spaces and the large garden still maintain the original atmosphere of the time.

The entrance to Villa Nocetta opens onto a large, elegantly furnished living room, with a large fireplace. The dining room with a big table for 12 guests is bright and homely. On the ground floor there is a wide, fully equipped kitchen, a guest bathroom, and an office with PC, WiFi, printer and fax. The kitchen leads out onto the patio with a dining area and barbeque.

Outside the villa has a large swimming pool surrounded by a green and luscious landscaped garden. The lush garden is filled with tall trees, flower beds and a swimming pool, equipped with parasols, sunbeds, small tables and a shower. The garden has several lounge areas where you can sit, eat and relax while on your family vacation to Rome. Enjoy warm spring or summer evenings in the floodlit Park and the outdoor pool. Everything in this villa in Rome is carefully designed to assure you unique holidays, whether on leisure or business.

Recreation Area
Our Luxury Italian villa is equipped with a fitness room including a treadmill, bicycle and bench for weights by Techno Gym®, as well as a TV. There is also a pool table, guest bathroom and laundry area.

Luxury Bedroom Suites
This luxury Italian villa rental comes with 6 suites, sleeping 12 guests. There are 5 suites and one independent suite. Each suite is furnished with elegant and glamorous furniture. The suites can be doubles or twins, at the guests discretion. All suites have a private en-suite bathroom, with Augusta, Virginia and Cecilia Suites enjoying a beautiful panoramic view of the "Valle dei Casali".

- Augusta Suite: Double bedroom (king size bed) with balcony. Private en- suite bathroom with bathtub and double sinks.
- Domina Suite: Double bedroom (queen bed) with en-suite bathroom with bath tub.
- Virginia Suite: Double bedroom (queen bed) with balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower. This suite is convertible into twin bedroom.
- Cecilia Suite: Twin bedroom with balcony. This suite is convertible into a double bedroom or it is possible to have an extra bed, the bathroom with shower and double basin is situated in front of the entrance of the suite.
- Clara suite: Double bedroom (queen bed) with en-suite private bathroom.
- Olympia Suite: Independent entrance from the garden of the Villa, twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
