The villa boasts a highly desirable setting only 50 meters from the seashore with direct access to a rocky beach. The 10,000 m2 estate is rich with lush vegetation and exotic tropical plants, providing a private space to unwind. The three separate pools on the grounds, connected via two spectacular waterfalls, are the focal point of the property.

A fully equipped outdoor kitchen is available so that you can prepare and enjoy your meals by the poolside. There is a spacious furnished gazebo that looks out over the villa's pools and is the perfect spot to sit out with a good book during the hottest hours of the day or join your guests for a crisp glass of wine in the evening. Several separate terraces are available so that you and your guests can have a private space to enjoy some independence. Guests, young and old, will adore their stay at Ninella. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Damage Liability: €2,000 – upon arrival, clients are required to sign a document with their credit card details to authorize a charge in case of damages
• Visitor’s tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) which may be applied for the first ten days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
