The exciting St Jean beach is the most popular beach in St. Barths. This convenient location offers you and your loved ones a plethora of restaurants like the famous Nikki Beach or Gypsea. It has a long stretch of sugar-fine white sand and enjoys calm turquoise waters. If you want to indulge in some exciting water sports activities, then St Jean is the perfect place to go snorkeling. Exploring these waters is incredible, as it holds an abundance of tropical fish.

After spending the afternoon on the beach, you can return home to your private villa and indulge in the private Hamman Sauna. You could even make use of the fitness area that comes fully equipped for your workouts. The alfresco dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy your homecooked Caribbean dinner. The clear-cut glass table sits overlooking the glistening ocean and can seat up to ten guests.

After a long day exploring the island, you can make your way into the media room and watch your favorite film, a great way to keep the kids entertained at all times. You can also play a fun game of pool. As the sun sets, enjoy the views ahead of you when the sky fades from a warm pink to a deep midnight blue. As the night draws to an end you can make your way up onto the private balcony and wrap up in a blanket as you watch the stars sparkle along the sky. Fall asleep to the soft breeze floating through the room and the sounds of the Caribbean just outside.

The villa is architecturally astounding as it is perched overlooking incredible ocean views. It is embedded in a lush area full of vibrant plants and palm trees. Spread over two levels, the villa offers extensive exterior space as well as lavish interiors that blend together seamlessly. Making your way into the main living area of the terrace you will discover the main living area.

Here the room is flooded with light and warmth due to the large ceiling-to-floor windows and glass sliding doors. The materials used to craft the main living areas are of the highest quality with lavish furnishings and textures that make the villa unique.

The living area is fitted with large plush sofas and offers an abundance of space. The kitchen comes fully equipped and is located on the other end of the villa and opens to the wide shaded terrace and pool area. Two of the guest bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room and have direct access to the terrace and indulge in incredible ocean views.

The third bedroom is on the ground floor and is towards the back of the villa. This bedroom has views of the private garden. All the bedrooms in the villa offer double beds, private en-suite bathrooms, and air-conditioning.

A dramatic glass staircase is based in the center of the villa. The steps almost float up onto the second floor where you will find the remaining three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms here are connected but offer individual privacy. The rooms all have captivating and elevated views of the verdant green hills and crystallized blue Ocean.

The villa combines the latest technology with this modern Island style home. The state-of-the-art sound system and smart home assistant, controlled with an iPad, is only two of such features. The villa also includes an elevator.

LOCATION
Villa Neo is perched on the sloping hillside, overlooking the Caribbean ocean in St Jean, in St Barts. The villa is based near the coastline of this Caribbean Island. During your stay we recommend you hire a car for the ease of transport and access to the islands incredible locations. As the island is relatively small all the locations you may visit will be within a thirty-minute drive. However, the narrow roads can be steep. Gustaf III Airport is a short 1.9km in the distance which makes for a short five-minute drive.

A short stroll of 500m will lead you to the soft sandy shore of St Jean Beach, home to the exclusive Eden Rock Hotel. To walk to St Jean beach will take ten to fifteen minutes as it is 1km in distance, or simply drive for three minutes. The exciting St Jean beach is the most popular beach in St. Barths. This convenient location offers you and your loved ones a plethora of restaurants and water sports activities. If you want to indulge in some exciting water sports activities, then St Jean is the perfect place to go snorkelling.
