Welcome to Villa Navira, a stylish 3-bedroom villa, located in the heart of the Valle d’Itria, also known as Trullos’ Valley, in the Puglia region of Southern Italy.
Surrounded by manicured gardens with mature olive trees providing leafy shade overhead, the brilliant white walls of this newly established villa are accented by some of the original stonework of a trullo, or an Apulian abode that existed before Navira came to be and can be dated back several hundred years. This blend of arhcaic and contemporary building styles allows the villa to draw from the rich history of the area while implementing design and construction techniques of the present day to bring itself into modernity.
A stone patio surrounds a sizeable pool framed by the neat lawns of the grounds that surround the property; it is one of the few villas in the area that can boast a swimming pool as a feature. Sun loungers are dotted around the edge are ready and waiting for guests to top up their tan, optimally angled to catch as many rays as possible. Hammocks are also available, which are perfect for lazy, lounge-around days, and with seating arrangements in abundance outside, you’ll be reluctant to leave the allure of the secluded garden.
Inside, the traditional techniques of Italian architects are on display for guests to marvel at; exposed stonework stretch from floor to ceiling in round arches and cross vaults spanning the rooms, with smooth white walls interspersed that blend the past and the present in ways that complement each other. Lighting lines the tops of the walls at the bottom of the arching ceilings, adding to the depth of the room by showcasing the stone texture. An open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area fit snugly alongside each other, the dining area as the intermediary space between the two.
The rustic wood-topped table dining table can comfortably seat six; the wrap-around counter of the kitchen also accommodates a breakfast bar with high stools, providing a variety of seating options for guests at mealtimes.
The lounge area is compact and snug, with a comfortable couch littered with cushions with a side table and lamp sitting alongside it; the ideal spot to sit and read to your heart's content.
The fully equipped kitchen is filled with all the essentials and designed in such a fashion that everything is within arm’s reach, while remaining spacious enough to accommodate state-of-the-art appliances and utensils, and provide a suitable space for guests to prepare, store and cook easily and efficiently, and with the use of local produce from the surrounding region, richly flavoured Italian cuisine awaits.
The bedrooms, follow the colour palette of the rest of the villa, using natural wood, tonal greys and clean white walls in order to instill a calming and peaceful environment, ideal for relaxing the body and mind. Luxurious beds and bedding are afforded to every room and are a joy to sink into at the end of a long day of activity and adventure in the Italian countryside. The rooms are segmented off from the main building into their own units with separate entrances, equipped with their own kitchenette, another with a smaller lounge area equipped with a couch and flat screen TV, affording guests ample privacy and space to wind down.

The villa is surrounded by olive groves and maintains a distance from the public to ensure privacy and security for guests.
