Feast
Good food is at the heart of Belle Mont Farm. Farmers, foragers and chefs ensure that dishes are prepared from the freshest ingredients harvested from the surrounding land and the Caribbean Sea. 90% of the restaurants’ dishes are sourced from local purveyors and the farm.
Executive Chef Christophe Letard oversees all food and beverage operations, including The Kitchen restaurant & The Mill bar located at The Great House, and the nearby Patio Garden, which offers fresh takes on traditional “comfort food” in a casual outdoor setting. The ‘Farm Table’ features an outdoor communal farm table set amongst vegetable and fruit gardens with a retractable roof, allowing guests to dine under the stars on a clear night. With panoramic views of the sea, the Pool Grille offers a nightly ceviche bar, creative cocktails, and perfect sunsets. Additional distinct dining experiences include Arthur’s Sea-to-Fork Restaurant on a nearby black sand beach.

Golf
Designed by legendary Welsh golfer Ian Woosnam, Irie Fields are the first golf course to acquire certification in the Golf Environment Organization’s LEGACY Program, which showcases the world’s most sustainable golf developments.

Mango Walk Spa
Nestled high on the mountain at the very top of Kittitian Hill and planned within an ancient mango grove, it seemed only fitting to name the spa at Belle Mont Farm “Mango Walk”.
Choose from indigenous-inspired therapies and wild-harvested, all organic “wet” treatments, developed in partnership with Sedona Resorts and offered in rooms hidden away on the edge of the forest or amongst the natural pools. Secluded and peaceful, you’ll experience pure relaxation while surrounded by nature in a meditative and reflective space. Mango Walk is also a place for learning and sharing knowledge. We are happy to share our secrets and the concepts behind our natural products and regimens with you. You’ll leave feeling restored mentally, physically and spiritually.

Hiking
Guests seeking adventurous green vacations will marvel at the natural wonders that surround Kittitian Hill. Just step out of your front door and find yourself among acres of bountiful farmland and fruit groves. Explore the forest on foot or hop on a bike and discover the scenic paths that weave through the cane fields, pastures and forests to the beach down below. After a swim or a nap on the beach, hitch a ride with our golf carts back to the hotel.

If you’re feeling more adventurous, the trek from The Village to the highest point on St. Kitts - it’s a challenging climb, but worth it. En route, you may encounter an abundance of wildlife from flitting hummingbirds and chattering monkeys to exotic butterflies. When you reach the summit, the whole island unfolds at your feet, offering one of the best views in the Caribbean - it’s the perfect spot for mindful reflection or an afternoon picnic.

Further afield you can hike through the Valley of Giants or explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site at Brimstone Hill – one of the best-preserved historical fortifications in the Americas.

Tennis
Located close to “Irie” edible golf course are four all-weather tennis courts. This is a perfect way to keep your fitness topped up or pass away a few hours of enjoyment with the kids. Tennis lessons are available, but prior notice is advised.

Swimming
Alongside the Great House, you have a large area for relaxing and swimming. For your enjoyment, there is an enticing infinity pool which looks out over the Caribbean ocean. Drinks are served from the wet bar and food from the Kitchen restaurant. Sunday brunch is an experience not to be missed.

Both Belle Mont Farm & Park Hyatt were amazing !!
Both Belle Mont Farm & Park Hyatt were amazing !!

We can’t say enough about our trip to St Kitt's and the wonderful accommodations at both Belle Mont Farm and The Park Hyatt. The arrangements that were made for us were second to none !!

Right off the bat there was someone at the airport with our name on a sign and picked us up! The bullseye car rental was very close and Winston there was extremely helpful. He took the time to show and tell us things about the island that really helped us acclimate since we were # 1 new to the island and # 2 trying to acclimate to driving on the left and # 3 figuring out how to get places.

Then upon arrival at Belmont Farms we were just blown away with the beauty of the property. Everyone did a great job getting us checked in and to our rooms and Sinéad had dinner all arranged for us as well! All is Sinéads arrangements went very smooth and helped make us feel welcome at each place.

At Belmont farms, we were able to golf, enjoy the pool, workout room, do the hiking trail that is right there at the property, enjoy a walking tour of the property and got to partake in the farm to table dinner. Unfortunately, it rained the evening of the dinner so we did not get to enjoy this at the farm we just went to the pavilion at the kitchen. This was a big bummer for me but the dinner was still excellent. The Park Hyatt is stunningly beautiful. To have the beach and ocean at your doorstep and then to have the sister island of Nevis in the background, it was amazing.

The food was excellent on our whole trip. We ate on both properties as well as other island favs. Again your concierge Sinead’s assistance was pivotal in making this a trip to remember !!

We spent a day on Nevis and met a relative of Alexander Hamilton who was visiting because of his birthday. She was awesome to meet! Our day at Nevis was great. Our taxi driver was excellent showing us all the sites we wanted to see in Nevis. We enjoyed the hot springs, the gin trap, the Hamilton museum, Pinney’s beach and of course a killer bee! I did not know a thing about St. Kitts before and now I would highly recommend it and especially go back! If you would like any other info I’d be happy to write a review or give more specifics on restaurants or things to do. Thanks bunches!!

“Rent your own Mansion”
“Rent your own Mansion”

As a well-traveled couple, me and my wife both agree this was one of the most memorable vacation experiences we've ever had. The pictures do this place some justice, but none of them capture the full extent of how awesome it is at once -- mostly because on one side you look out over deep blue water below the smooth edge of the infinity pool, and directly behind you is a lush landscape leading up into a tropical volcano. nestled in between are the grandiose main buildings made of textured stone. arched columns and window openings create an impressive feel anywhere you look. one distinguishing thing that we loved was that the place was totally empty. yea there were 3 or 4 other cottages occupied, but 95% of the time it seemed like we had the entire place to ourselves. 3 gigantic pools, 2 awesome bars including a mill-inspired circular antique themed locale and a swim-up modern clean counter in the main pool were mostly private which gave us that exclusive feel which was nice. no kids splashing around, no fight to get chairs at the pool--we had our pick everyday. picture the biggest mansion youve ever seen, with your own service team, and you get a small idea of what its like. granted, it likely wont stay like that seeing as additional, more affordable rooms are being built in a "village", which is also supposed to have a market and stores, which is good because there is not much available in the country area of St. Kitts. the guesthouse also has amazing views, we woke up to a pristine blue ocean just behind our own infinity pool. definitely keep doors open to catch a breeze inside, because it can get a bit hot at night. they have installed air conditioners, but all of the windows are wood shuttered, meaning there is never a full seal. the fan is also quite high on the extra-tall ceiling, so it doesnt do so much either. We were sleeping in a jungle.. duh its hot. Besides the view, the food is the next top-notch piece of this place. many, many options and most of which were super delicious. the staff was more than willing to cook something off menu, find different fruits for us to try, and recommend specialties. Andrew, the new (despite his wishes) restaurant manager was able to recreate my favorite dish from the sunday brunch even though everyone previously said they only made it one day weekly. my wife literally asked for her breakfast with a "side of lobster" and they were like sure no problem. We did the volcano climb on sunday, so she was exhausted and we made it late to brunch... despite that she tried a bunch of items and had champagne (I ate much more than she did) they were nice enough to charge us for only one buffet. I highly recommend sitting out the back, on the volcano side, which no one but us seemed to try. we got to see most of the local wildlife (frogs, hummingbirds, lizards) and be in the shade yet still outside entrenched in nature. A bit more on the staff-- a few others definitely stood out. Phoebe at the concierge was incredible. She was our advocate through all our requests and made everything happen . we requested a private night at the farm table because of how beautiful the scenery is, and she was able to set up a server to assist and bring us a meal as we watched the sunset. the official farm dinner that they offer on saturday and wednesday is also on point and everything is incredible and fresh. Keithston also gave commendable service, we could tell he was excited to be there and represent great hospitality on St Kitts. We also loved Verdine at the office and Desare at the bar. The team that had become our friends let us peruse the farm and even be the first people to swim in the farmhouse pool, which is an insane 60 foot infinity pool straight out toward the ocean--which the area is technically not ready for occupancy yet. on the negative side of things, as others have said the roads are pretty rough getting up into the property. the taxi drivers were hating on it as we rode through, as were the employees. when they close in 2 months for the off season, most people expect them to fix it up. We were only slightly bothered by it--we were reminded of another amazing hotel in St Lucia called Jade Mountain, where the road was even worse, but once you get up it all the bumps and jostling is totally worth it. other stuff we didnt know and found out kind of late -- the service charge (which is automatic) and the gratuity (which you decide) gets split between everyone working at that time. if you want to tip a specific employee, grab an envelope from the concierge and put cash inside. We stopped at a grocery store for wine on the way in, and were given no hassle holding our own drinks walking about wherever we wanted. Even poured some local rum into my drinks at the bar one day without any issues. Like I said - we rented our own mansion, we got to do what we wanted. its also a non smoking place - I had bought a cigar in port and there are literally no lighters or matches anywhere on the property. word of caution, and something that should hopefully get fixed immediately--- the main pool is dark stone and there are steps without any warning-- we each fell off or bumped into spots that gave no sign that there was an edge bc they have no border. they need to paint the edge of the steps or someone is probably going to get hurt on those. i think i covered everything. ask nicely for what you want, and youll get it. if you like the exclusive feel, go there soon because this place is going to get more busy at some point, and it will lose some of that charm with people running about everywhere. and to answer why they are still building even though only 5 of 84 cottages are occupied -- clearly people believe in this place because investors are dropping 500k plus to own one of the cottages (you get a share of the proceeds and get to stay for 2 weeks if you are an owner) and they are only building more cottages because they have people buying them all. if you are considering St Kitts and you are into luxury, check it out!!
