Welcome to Mullins View, a beautifully appointed luxury Barbados holiday rental located a one-minute walk from the exquisite Mullins Bay beach in a wonderfully quiet and private gated community.

Mullins View features four air-conditioned bedrooms over three floors with direct access from the garden to a stunning free-form swimming pool that is shared with just 7 other townhouses. The house is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens and is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the wonderfully friendly and relaxed island of Barbados.

There are 4 beautiful and elegant bedrooms. The master bedroom located on the top floor is very spacious and furnished with a king-sized double bed. It features floor-to-ceiling double doors that open up onto a private terrace with lovely views of Mullins Bay. The remaining three bedrooms can all be made up as either Twins or King-sized doubles. All the beds in Mullins View have been chosen for their supreme comfort to ensure you have a wonderful night's sleep on your vacation in Barbados. Each of the bedrooms features en suite bathrooms which have been elegantly designed with very luxurious fittings and the Master bathroom has a bath and shower.

Mullins View is the perfect place to enjoy indoor-outdoor living.

The beautifully furnished living room has sliding doors that open up so you will be able to enjoy the outdoors from within. The Terrace has comfortable sunbeds and chairs and is perfect for sunbathing, reading a book, or enjoying a cocktail with friends. The communal pool just steps away from the back garden and is shared with just 7 other units. Additional features include a plasma screen cable television, CD and DVD players, wireless internet connection, and ceiling fans throughout. Mullins View is also equipped with a safe and alarm system. Mullins Bay is a gated community with 24-hour security.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the imaginable appliances. There is a large refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and an adjoining room with a washing machine and dryer. When you stay with us at Mullins View, you will have automatic membership at the Royal Westmoreland beach club at Mullins Beach.

Singita Wellness Centre:
Guests can use the gym at Singita Wellness center for a fee of US$20 per day (per person)
Singita does offer weekly or monthly packages and discounts for those staying in Mullins Bay.
Classes are also available.

Mullins Bay beach which is just one minute on foot is a truly stunning beach. Here you will enjoy swimming in the incredibly warm and calm azure sea, sunbathing on the pristine beach, or just resting in the shade of a palm tree. You will also be able to avail of a wide variety of water sports. There is an excellent selection of beach bars and restaurants within walking distance. Speightstown is just a few minutes' drive from Mullins View where there is a good selection of shops including a supermarket, bakery, and bank. Holetown, where you will find some of the best restaurants on the Island together with plenty of local and designer shopping, is also just a couple of miles away.

STAFF:
Just so that you feel totally pampered, Mullins View comes with our wonderful housekeeper Sonya who will be on hand to look after you 6 days per week together. If you do decide to leave the sanctuary that is Mullins View, there is an incredible selection of wonderful beachside restaurants just a short drive away.
