Mullinover is a spacious and open villa, comprising three en-suite bedrooms, a powder room and a full bathroom accessible from the poolside. The social areas of the villa are comfortably laid out in a big open space, benefitting from high ceilings and loads of natural light during the day thanks to big windows that overlook the patio and smaller ones that are set-up in between the walls and the ceiling. The décor, based on natural colours and mahogany furnishings, combined with the soft lights, make the space cosy and alluring thus providing perfect options for spending time together.
The open dining area leans towards the more traditional Bajan style with an eight-seater mahogany dining table on which to enjoy indoor meals, no matter the time of day or night. Next to it, you find the living area that includes a lavish sectional sofa that comfortably seats six and provides several tables, including a central coffee table, to enjoy drinks on a cooler night. This room leads out to the wrap-around patio, pool and pool deck, making the flow of the house seamless.
The villa is completely air-conditioned and has ceiling fans throughout (including the kitchen). The kitchen is fully equipped with a large two-door fridge/freezer and icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, panini press, and so much more. It caters to everything you may need to prepare your favourite meals at home or a picnic to enjoy on the beach or, why not, have a chef/cook come in to surprise you with some local culinary delights.

When the time comes to get some restful sleep, the villa has three lovely bedrooms to choose from. Two master bedrooms open to the pool area, and the third bedroom is located closer to the entrance of this beautiful home. The master bathrooms have a double vanity and separate shower and tub, while the third bathroom has a single vanity and shower.
With a jacuzzi attached to it, the large pool and its terrace are perfect for everyone to take in the sun and work on the Caribbean tan while sipping freshly made rum punches. It offers plenty of space for sun loungers and also plenty of shaded areas to still enjoy the outdoors while staying away from the heat. A charming gazebo has an alfresco dining area and a barbecue set– perfect for those casual evenings under the stars.
Being steps away from the beach, the villa has full beach access to Mullins Beach Club across the road. The club is owned and operated by Royal Westmoreland, and your access includes beach loungers and umbrellas and the use of the popular bar and restaurant. Please note that the club is cashless, and only credit cards are accepted.
While staying at Mullinover, housekeeping is provided three days a week during the summer. In the winter season, housekeeping is provided five days a week. The housekeeping will ensure your linens and towels are refreshed and can also provide personal laundry services during your stay if required.
The villa is NON-SMOKING throughout.
