My family of 6 adults and 2 grandchildren spent a week at morne trulah recently for my 70th birthday. I could not have asked for a better present. The place was very comfortable, the pool outstanding, and only 1 day of rain (including rain bugs!!!), and a few croquet games! Thank you so very much for the opportunity to share your wonderful property with us. The highlight was making new friends of Catherine, Sharon and Sherman. I can’t say enough about how wonderful, knowledgeable, and sweet they were. They introduced us to st. Lucia that only locals can. You are very lucky to have them at Tranquillity. I don’t think I have shed too many happy tears from other places we have been but we did here and none of us wanted to leave. We were all sad to say goodbye to some outstanding memories and the wonderful staff at Tranquillity. Thank you again for a lovely week and a wonderful #70.
From the minute we set foot on the property, we were in awe. You are first struck by the amazing views. All the bedrooms have their own view which is amazing. Most of our time was spent in the main area together. With all the open doors, there was always a nice breeze to cool things off. The bedrooms all had air conditioning which was nice at night. The rooms were all well appointed, spacious and comfortable as were the bathrooms. The croquet court proved to be quite the hit. Our "boys" spent many hours there playing. It was the first exposure to this game for several of our guests. They loved it. The house staff made the trip even more enjoyable. Katherine in the kitchen was so accommodating and a great cook. Nikki was everywhere. He was helpful if you needed anything. He gave us green coconuts one day for "fresh water" and showed us how to eat the gel. He had full of knowledge about the house and island. Marguerite was very helpful with excursions and details with the chef. We had Chef Didier come 2 nights. I can not say enough about how special that was. His presentation, the food and personality were all so enjoyable. The grounds are very private and lovely. We did venture down to the private beach a few times. The infinity pool is amazing as well. Overall the experience with this home was great. The property and home are so fantastic you won't want to leave. The location on the island was helpful to get to most all activities as well. You won't regret a stay at this beautiful villa!
I recently returned from this location, and am happy to say this was one of the best places I have ever stayed in my life. There are 270° views of the ocean, from a comfortable and architecturally stunning property. For my poor part, like a Wimbledon croquet champion, the croquet lawn was a huge asset. How brilliant to play croquet in the early evening, listening to birdsong, and looking in the distance at the ocean and Martinique. The staff looking after the property were most kind. The local beaches are superb and a trip round the island is highly recommended, particularly a visit to sugar bay. Try and stay here if you can...
