Molinella features two luxurious super king bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom offers direct pool access and a fireplace, while the second bedroom, just a few steps up, provides a cozy, elegant setting. Both rooms have air conditioning and top-tier amenities, ensuring restful nights.

POLICIES:
• Minimum stay of 2 nights year-round.
• No pets allowed.
• Suitable only for children aged 14 and older.
• Only transfers arranged through the Tenuta di Murlo concierge team can access the estate.
• Guests are strongly encouraged to have a rental vehicle for navigating the estate and surrounding areas.
• Low-clearance sports cars are not suitable for the estate’s gravel roads.
• All services (e.g., catering, cooking, transfers) must be booked exclusively through Il Caldaro or Tenuta di Murlo.
• booking is recommended; last-minute requests cannot be guaranteed.
• External third-party service providers are not allowed.
• Key collection and villa orientation for a single group arrival. Multiple welcomes are not offered for the same group.
• Weddings, parties, or events are only permitted at Villa Castiglione Ugolino, with a maximum of 55 guests. Pricing is available upon request.
• Walking or biking are preferred modes of transport within the estate. Transfers within the estate can be arranged through the Concierge.

ON-SITE RESTAURANT:
The restaurant at Tenuta di Murlo, where Villa San Savino is located, is on the property. It allows guests to enjoy authentic Umbrian cuisine in a cozy, welcoming environment, making it a convenient and delicious dining option for those staying at the villa. This historic setting provides a unique and atmospheric backdrop for enjoying traditional Umbrian dishes.

INCLUSIONS:
• All the utilities (electricity, water, villa heating).
• Unlimited use of Wi-Fi internet access.
• Concierge Service from 9am to 7pm. Available for emergencies outside of hours.
• Maid Service is provided between 10am and 1pm daily. The total length of the service cannot be determined in advance as it depends on how many maids are going simultaneously; it includes cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms and a quick kitchen cleaning. Deeper cleaning for longer stays is provided once a week.
• Full gardening and pool cleaning service.
• Pool heating is not included, and the price is based on consumption. Pool heating is not available in mid-season.
• Weekly linen and pool towel change if guests stay for two consecutive weeks or more.
• Change of bathroom towels twice per week.
• Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant Il Caldaro (available every day for dinner time before reservation) for up to 8 people maximum. Multiple round trips per villa are NOT available.
• 15% discount on the Antognolla Golf green fees and 5% discount on Golf Shop.
• Final cleaning.
• A welcome hamper with Nespresso Capsules and Estate products (please consider that the villa is self-catered, but we are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil, and coffee capsules upon arrival). Pre-stocking service is available on request at an extra cost.
• Soaps, shampoos, body lotions, and shower caps are available in every bathroom.
• Dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, and washing up liquid provision upon arrival.
• Staff will provide toilet paper, kitchen sponges, and garbage bags throughout your stay (please note that our staff will service the garbage during maid service).

TRANSFERS:
• Private Roads: Tenuta di Murlo is a private estate with restricted access; we highly recommend having a personal vehicle for independent exploration.
• Car Rentals: The concierge can arrange car rentals with delivery/pickup directly at the estate.
• Transfers: Only Concierge-arranged transfers are permitted within the estate. Please request transfers at least 24 hours in advance.
• Shuttle to Il Caldaro Restaurant: A complimentary dinner shuttle (up to 8 guests) is available daily. Reservations are required 2 hours in advance. Service times may vary, so flexibility is appreciated.
