Modern Chic is also just minutes from popular Pampelonne beaches, Gassin, and Ramatuelle villages. Spend your days exploring the villages or just laying out and relaxing under the warm sun with pristine white sands between your toes. A refreshing dip in the sea will complement a day in St Tropez perfectly.

Modern Chic boasts five air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms accommodating ten guests. The property consists of a large open plan room, kitchen/dining room, and large windows open onto a terrace with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, and dining area.

On the left is a beautiful, elegant living area where guests can spend time together. Large windows open onto the terrace covered with shade sails creating a wonderful indoor/outdoor living space. There are two double bedrooms, a TV each, and a walk-in shower, wash basin, and WC.

On the first floor of the property, there are three bedrooms. One with a queen bed and two with king-size beds. All the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, providing ample privacy and space for guests.

Step outdoors onto a large terrace with an outdoor kitchen/Bar, BBQ, and dining area with shade. This is a wonderful space for hosting all guests and enjoying delicious meals together. A comfy seating area also overlooks a heated pool. You can read a book, nap, or enjoy soaking up the magnificent sun here. Below the beautiful pool is an expansive lawn with a distant view over the vineyards.

Finally, the villa offers ample parking for guests’ convenience and electric gates for added privacy.

If you wish to venture further and are traveling with family or children, seaside towns, including, Gigaro, Cavalaire-Sur-Mer, Ramatuelle, and Port Grimaud, will be perfect for a day trip. Let the kids enjoy a day at the beach while you relax, and let your worries melt away under the hot Mediterranean sun.

A short 16km drive from your villa is where glitz and glamour await you. Enjoy the incredible nightlife as well as some excellent restaurants and shops.
