This Villa is designed over two levels, and the spacious property can comfortably accommodate six guests. Within this shimmering white property, the interior is an attractive combination of natural finishes in neutral tones with splashes of color and local artwork. The large living room with a fireplace, kitchen and dining room create great spaces for your group to congregate throughout the day. In addition, there's a stunning outdoor dining area with a satellite kitchen and bar on your terrace, with unimpeded and glorious views across the sea.

Cocktails on your terrace will be a daily delight to watch the sunset. Long Spanish-style dinners created from a wealth of local ingredients will taste even better under a star-filled sky. Each day, you and your family will enjoy the bare-foot pleasure of warm tiles under your feet as you move around your palm tree-shaded pool terrace.

Villa Mistral has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The air-conditioned property has free Wi-Fi, a TV, water sports equipment, and access to a tennis court. Mature palm trees and garden space surround the property. There is nearby horseback riding that can be enjoyed during your vacation. On a practical level, the Villa has laundry facilities, an added useful feature.

Note: If you wish to extend the sleeping accommodation, there's an adjacent 2-bedroomed apartment with a shared bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen. This apartment allows you to extend your sleeping accommodation to ten guests comfortably.

Villa Mistral has been developed to maximize its prime location within the exclusive area of Montiboli. A short drive to the fishing village of Villajoyosa will take you to one of the coast's most gorgeous beaches. The long stretch of sand sweeps in front of the unique colorful village, an old town with quaint shops and restaurants.
