Immersed in a beautiful and tranquil gated estate and located only a 25-minute drive from Florence, Villa Miriel serves as a much-needed oasis that is far, but not too far, from tourist-packed Chianti.

This villa, which comprises the main house and an adjacent annex, is built in the typical Tuscan style and features polished traditional interiors kept fresh using lively designer fabrics and light solid wood furniture, all tastefully selected. The expansive property is ideal for large parties wanting to enjoy time together as well as to have some privacy.

Main Villa - Ground Floor: The main villa offers a welcoming sitting room, a dining room with a table for eleven, and a smaller one that accommodates six guests; an adjacent fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom complete this floor. This makes the home ideal for large groups looking to enjoy quality time together.

This traditionally styled house was designed to be family-friendly, where its guests would feel perfectly at ease. The home was designed with the utmost care and attention to detail, giving it a luxurious yet rustic Italian feel. The architectural details, such as Cotto floors, beamed high ceilings, arched windows, and wrought iron decorative touches, embody the understated typical Tuscan elegance.

Annex - Ground floor: The annex is spacious and offers a brilliant open plan which combines the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. Intimate sitting room with plush seating for four and fireplace. This space is ideal for those looking for extra privacy from the group but also enjoy a wonderful family vacation in this countryside oasis.

The outdoor area of the home is one of the main attractions of the home. A private swimming pool, outdoor furnished for al fresco meals, leafy trees, woodland walks, and private manicured gardens are just some of the wonderful features of this home. This house, immersed in nature, has a generous view of the surrounding Tuscan landscape.

Villa Miriel is set on impeccably manicured grounds that include other villas, each completely independent and private. The closest fully served village is just one mile away, and the train station that connects with Florence is less than two miles away. The villa is also near the highway, allowing for easy day trips to the Chianti area. The home is incredibly accessible, making it easy for you and your guests to explore all that the surrounding area offers. • Security deposit: €1,000 to be held by the agency
• The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.

LOCATION:
Famous for its art and architecture, Florence is an obligatory destination for the first-timer visitor of Italy. However, while exploring the historical center is something that cannot be missed, the pristine studded landscapes and the enchanted medieval villages set on the famous Tuscan rolling hills surrounding Florence are well worth a visit.

The most famous area to explore is the Chianti, a blessed land that covers a rather large wine-producing region of Tuscany, reaching from Florence to Siena, and all the way out to Pisa. Chianti's must-see sights are the wine villages of Castellina, Radda, and Gaiole. Along the road, visit the Badia di Coltibuono and/or Castello di Brolio and do not forget to pick up some wine to enjoy at the villa.
