Description
Milestone Villa in Turks is a lovely 8-bedroom contemporary oceanfront villa with a private heated swimming pool directly on Grace Bay. Milestone Villa has the envious position of being located on Grace Bay, regularly voted the world’s best beach, and on the most pristine part of the beach.
Milestone Villa has been recently refurbished. The décor is bright and modern, providing a fresh and relaxed feel. But the overwhelming feeling when you enter this luxury Turks and Caicos Villa is joy at seeing the incredible layers of blues and turquoise between the pool, sea, and sky. There is something unique about the colors of Turks and Caicos, and there is no better place to witness them than in Milestone Villa. If you can draw yourself away from the incredible view, there is lovely art and unique photography to enjoy in the villa.
The main living area is open plan with a super comfortable sitting and television area. There are lovely window seats that make a charming addition to the villa. Indoor dining seats 16 people. There are two round outdoor dining tables at the dining pavilion which seats a total of 16 people (8 each table). There are two kitchens on this property. A large chef's kitchen and a family kitchen. So whether you wish to cook or have a chef come and whip up something delicious, the world is your oyster. The main living area leads directly to the pool and covered terrace, which in turn leads directly down to the beach and sea, which is just a few short steps away.
The Milestone Villa swimming pool is heated, provides the added luxury of a hot tub, and is surrounded by very comfortable sunbeds. There is a lawn adjacent with more sunbeds overlooking the beach and sea. There is no better place to enjoy the Turks and Caicos sunshine or the beautiful views of Grace Bay Beach than from the lawns of Milestone Villa. Also located in the garden is a gazebo with an alfresco dining area, a barbeque bar, and a fire pit. Many of our guests like to spend nights here dining with friends, family, and loved ones to the sounds of the sea lapping a few feet away and the beauty of what feels like a trillion stars overhead.
The accommodation comprises eight bedrooms sleeping up to 16 people comfortably. Six of the bedrooms in the property have en-suite bathrooms allowing privacy and space for each guest. Four of these bedrooms look out onto the beautiful waterfront. The Guest house has 2 bedrooms with Jack n' Jill's bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed while the other has two twin beds.
Grace Bay Beach is world-renowned for its beauty. It has been awarded the best beach worldwide by many reputable sources over many years. It is 12 miles long, and if you are feeling very energetic, it is possible to walk the whole length of the sandy beach.
When you stay at Milestone Villa, you can use the guest bicycles, kayaks, and non-motorized watersports with our compliments. Milestone Villa in Turks and Caicos is an absolute paradise, but if you need to connect with home and work, the villa has an office area, two Apple computers, and high-speed internet.

Great villa!
Milestone is a fab villa! So nice! It has one of the best locations on the island. Tucked away on the private exclusive Tranquility Lane in Leeward its on a really quiet stretch of Grace Bay Beach. The views from the villa are stunning. Its a great villa for families and is so bright and airy
