Melrose Oasis in West Hollywood’s affluent Crescent Heights corridor and can be accessed via a private front door at street level. The entrance welcomes you into the sun-drenched garden area, with a small patio on the right hand side with a table and chair. You are then invited through another doorway into the outdoor dining area with table and bench style seating, ahead of which is the dining room with folding doors that open the home to the terrace area, making it a large, light and airy space. This entire home is designed to provide and indoor-outdoor flow for the ideal al fresco lifestyle.

The dining room, galley style kitchen and main living room are all open plan and are interconnected. The magnificent designer kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with stools that seats 4 guests or provides additional countertop space for preparing breakfast, light lunch or even dinner. If you do not feel like cooking or eating out, why not let your dedicated Exceptional Villas Concierge arrange a Private Chef to come to the home to prepare and serve a delicious meal for you and your guests. It has all the ingredients for a glamourous evening, and you can choose whether you would like to dine outside or at the dining room table, which comfortably seats 6 guests. The main living room is just off the dining room and provides a tranquil oasis where you can relax and watch TV on the comfortable sofa, or just chill and listen to music on the sound system.

Melrose Oasis, from Exceptional Villas has 4 double bedrooms. The master suite is absolutely stunning, with large bi-folding doors on two sides, one is directly opposite the bed and opens onto a private patio with a bistro set, where you can linger over your morning coffee as you plan your day ahead. The other doors lead onto a deck area, which has some steps leading down to an outdoor lounge with comfortable seating. The King-sized bed, built in closets and an en-suite bathroom creates a tranquil sanctuary within this beautiful home. The other three bedrooms, like the master suite, are all accessed off the main hallway. Each has one is beautifully decorated in neutral tones and natural wooden floors, with queen sized beds and built in closets. One of the bedrooms also has a TV. The shared bathroom is beautifully finished with a large step in shower, vanity unit and toilet.
