Welcome to Maude, a luxury 4-bedroom villa located on the eastern side of Sicily.

Tucked into the sun-drenched slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily’s DOC wine region, just 20 km north of Catania, Villa Maude is where timeless charm meets modern design. Surrounded by striking natural beauty, this recently restored villa blends the peaceful rhythms of the countryside with contemporary flair. Behind the gates, it feels as though life has slowed down, while the original exterior still reflects its heritage as a traditional winemaking facility, the interiors tell a different story, one of elegance, light, and thoughtful renovation.

Spanning three levels, Villa Maude welcomes up to eight guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms. Each room is air-conditioned and features Wi-Fi, with every bathroom equipped with a hair dryer. On the first floor, two queen bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms, one with a spacious walk-in closet. Upstairs, a queen bedroom includes a private adjacent bathroom, while the third floor hosts a large flexible space that can serve as a queen or twin bedroom with its own en-suite.

Step inside from the courtyard and you’re met with a luminous double living room, an artful space that merges comfort and creativity. A vaulted fresco ceiling, minimalist fireplace, and vibrant design touches, like yellow molded chairs and floating shelving, create a striking yet welcoming atmosphere. The adjacent kitchen is equally impressive, featuring a central island and a large picture window, perfect for cooking or simply soaking in the Sicilian light. A guest bathroom is also located on this floor.

Outside, the property unfolds into a sprawling 30,000-square-foot garden anchored by a saltwater infinity pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas surround the pool, while a serene glass-walled sunroom offers a tranquil retreat from the midday heat. Near the kitchen, a charming terrace with an old stone well becomes the perfect setting for sunrise breakfasts or al fresco dinners under a starlit sky.

Maude sits just five minutes from the nearest town, with the beaches and Taormina only half an hour away. Whether you're here to unwind by the pool, explore the historic wine region, or take in the cultural richness of eastern Sicily, the villa delivers a harmonious mix of comfort, style, and location.

All utilities, daily afternoon housekeeping, mid-week linen changes, and weekly garden and pool maintenance are included in your stay. The villa's in-house staff can arrange additional services such as cooking, pantry stocking, or extra housekeeping for a supplemental fee.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi; all bathrooms are supplied with hair dryers.

• Daily housekeeping service (kitchen, bathrooms, living area) - provided only in the afternoon

NOT INCLUDED WITH RATE:
• Additional housekeeping service: €12 per hour (min. 3 hours)
• Cook service (breakfast service not available) - No third-party suppliers allowed: the services will be provided by the villa management and in-house staff
• Cost of food and beverages
• Pantry pre-stocking service: €50 plus the cost of purchased goods

• Damage Liability: €1,500
• Visitor's tax: The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 - €6.00 per person, per day, depending on the location), which may be applied for the first ten days in the destination. This tax is payable locally in Euro cash.
• Pets NOT allowed
• Washer and dryer at guests' disposal
• Caretaker lives on the premises, privacy of the guests is guaranteed
• Supplement for late arrival (after 7:00 pm): €100 to be paid at arrival. No check-ins are accepted after 10:00 pm
• Check-in: between 4:00 pm–7:00 pm; Check-out: before 10:00 am
• All extra services must be paid locally, before departure, unless otherwise arranged
