Welcome to Mas Marius by Exceptional Villas, a truly splendid 6-bedroomed luxurious villa located in peaceful countryside near Saint Tropez in the South East of France.

Mas Marius is in fact a traditional French farmhouse, built in the early 19th Century and whilst retaining a delightful authentic aura, the house is tastefully decorated to include all the luxuries and comforts required for modern day living. This most beautiful villa has an idyllic setting, surrounded by vineyards and over fifty acres of parkland. With six bedrooms, four bathrooms and oodles of space both inside and out, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests.

From the moment you arrive at Mas Marius, you will know that you are somewhere very special. This welcoming and cheerful home from home will immediately envelop you and your guests. If you have children in your group, they will especially love the freedom and wide-open spaces afforded.

The main living room of the house is elegantly decorated featuring large comfy couches, an ornate fireplace, antique furniture, and romantic period paintings hanging on mottled cream walls. The room is a haven for relaxation at any time of the year featuring a natural flagstone floor for coolness during the heat of summer and the ability to snuggle around a roaring wood fire during the autumn and winter evenings. French doors open out onto the lower terrace and sprawling garden. A slightly smaller TV room/study is positioned off the main entrance hall, offering yet another delightful space to relax and enjoy the comforts of this lovely home. This room also has a beautiful fireplace and ultra-comfortable seating with the addition of an ornate reading table, books and an eye-catching wall tapestry. Here is the ideal spot for a spot of afternoon tea on a winter afternoon.

Mealtimes will always be a wonderful affair at any time of year. Indoors, the compact yet spacious kitchen provides a multitude of amenities and ample worktop space for food preparation. In the middle of the kitchen, the wooden table allows for your guests to gather for morning coffee or perhaps a spot of casual lunch. Next door, the sun-drenched formal dining room features a table to seat 10 and French doors lead out onto the terrace with additional dining space. During warm weather, there can be no lovelier place to eat together than outside on the terrace under the dappled shade of a large Plane tree. The set-up of the kitchen and dining room is such that serving your food outdoors will always be a simple and enjoyable process. A portable gas barbeque is available upon request.

Each of the six bedrooms at Mas Marius are located on the upper floor of the house with each having their own unique and interesting character, and all set up flawlessly to ensure a comfortable and relaxing nights’ sleep. The en suite master bedroom is furnished with a beautiful four poster bed and a floral couch in front of a fireplace where you can relax in the evening cuddled up with a book and your loved one. There is also a TV room located on the second floor where your guests can catch a game or a movie without disturbing those who wish to enjoy some conversation time together in the living areas downstairs. Mas Marius also features an additional Annex building which can be rented out at an additional cost. The Annex is ideal for children and comprises a bedroom with twin beds and a shower room/WC.

Mas Marius features a heated swimming pool which is conveniently situated 100 metres away from the villa, ensuring that those enjoying the peace and tranquility will not be disturbed by any boisterous play. The extensive parkland surrounding the house provides ample space for leisurely country walks. There are sunbeds located on the patio for the sunworshippers in your group.

Mas Marius is just under two kilometers from the peaceful little village of La Mole which boasts a Boulangerie, Spar Shop and restaurants. The larger town of Cogolin is eight kilometers away, with a wider choice of supermarkets. For a more cosmopolitan experience, or perhaps for a beach day, St Tropez is just seventeen kilometers from Mas Marius.
