Welcome to Martangie, one of Barbados loveliest 4-bedroom beachfront Coral Stone villas with a stunning wooden Terrace and private plunge pool. It is literally a couple of steps to the beautiful palm-fringed, crescent-shaped shoreline right on stunning Reed’s Bay in St James.

Reed’s Bay is a very quiet unspoiled beach where the calm aquamarine water is perfect for swimming, and the bay offers an endless expanse of white sand for strolling or just soaking up a wonderful tan.

The villa features four air-conditioned bedrooms and five bathrooms. There are two master suites located on the first floor. Both have extremely comfortable queen beds and private patios with French doors that open up to gorgeous views of the turquoise sea. The third bedroom features twin beds and the fourth bedroom also has a queen bed.

On the ground floor, there is a lovely open plan living area which has floor-to-ceiling doors that leads directly onto a beautiful covered terrace where you will find a stunning dining coral stone table with seating for 8 that is perfect for cocktails and al fresco dining as the sun goes down.
There is also a lovely comfortable lounging area which provides a relaxing haven with stunning sea views. The covered Terrace then leads directly onto the outside wooden deck where you will find plenty of really comfortable sunbeds and a private plunge pool making it the perfect place to experience indoor/outdoor living. From here there is a secure beach gate that leads out onto the quiet sandy beach.

Additional facilities include Barbeque, TV, stereo, CD, DVD as well as books and games, or choose a cozy corner under the outside terrace to have an afternoon siesta.

STAFF: Just so you feel completely pampered, Martangie comes fully staffed with a House Keeper, Cook, Laundress can be added depending on occupancy and Night Watchman. Enjoy meals specially made to our guest’s requirements – your staff can organize a menu that suits whatever your heart desires, although we highly recommend that you try our freshly made delicious pancakes for breakfast and local Flying Fish!

Our friendly staff will provide you with two meals a day, after discussing your particular culinary preferences. Groceries can be purchased for you and charged to your account, or you can source them yourself from the local supermarket in Holetown.
