Welcome to Marinera, a 5 Bedroom Villa that is perched on the waterfront in Riviera Maya in Puerto Aventura, Mexico. This five-bedroom, five-bathroom villa can accommodate up to ten guests in total. The large exterior living spaces and lavish interiors make this villa an exquisite holiday destination for you and your loved ones. Villa Marinera is located on the ocean inlet along the Riviera Mayan coast.

The nautically inspired home offers you the chance to make use of the owner’s luxury yacht. The yacht comes with a bi-lingual captain and can be used during your stay for exciting snorkelling trips or laid-back fishing trips. Sail out onto the crisp fresh saltwater and feel the breeze floating across your skin. There are many captivating crystal-clear water locations along the Riviera Mayan coast. As the yacht stops at the perfect spot you can delve into the waters to experience the abundance of tropical sea life. Watch as the palette of colourful fish and turtles swim around in their natural habitat. The fishing season for Sail Fish and Marlin is excellent from March to September. However, the Barracuda, Tuna, Shark, Snapper, and Groupers are fantastic all year round, so there’s always something to catch for a delicious and fresh salty dinner.

As the yacht docks beside the villa, you can step onto the large terrace. Here you can slip into the refreshing water of the fresh swimming pool. You can swim a few laps or simply splash around and cool off. As you relax on the sun loungers to dry off you can indulge in the suns warm embrace. As the afternoon draws near you can prepare the freshly caught fish in the outdoor wet area. Here you can cook the cuts on the charcoal barbeque. As the dinner sizzles softly, you can mix up some delicious drinks and set the table for some alfresco dining. The dining table here can seat five guests. As you sit down to a homecooked meal you can watch the sun setting over the marina. Listen to the sounds of the lapping water and nestle in the covered seating area as you chat with your loved ones.

The outdoor living areas will lead you into the main living areas. Here you will find the living room, kitchen and dining area all blended into an open concept area. The living room is fitted with inbuilt plush sofas and sits opposite the television and DVD player. In the cooler months, you can snuggle up on the sofa and watch your favourite film with your loved ones. The dining area seats eight guests and enjoys views of the terrace and pool. The area is flooded with light due to the large sliding glass doors that open the space, blending the exteriors with the interiors seamlessly. The Kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to use during your stay. It includes appliances such as a gas cooktop, an oven, a large refrigerator, microwave oven, blender, coffeemaker, toaster and bottled drinking water.

Villa Marina has a total of five luxurious bedrooms. Each beautifully establishes room offers its own private en-suite bathroom and is carefully designed with lavish furnishings. Each room is also fitted with additional features such as air-conditioning, a hairdryer, and a ceiling fan. The luxurious King-sized master suite is where you will discover incredible views across the marina. The room is fitted with a secure safe to hold any personal belongings. There are two more suites with King-sized beds, one of which also boasts marina views. The fourth and fifth suites include two full beds and one full bed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
An additional damage waiver fee of $150 USD per stay will be added to the booking total. The damage waiver fee includes accidental damages to the property and its items in excess of “normal wear and tear” during the guest's stay. If the damages were to exceed a very unlikely $1,000 USD, the corresponding amount of the damage can be claimed by RMH and will be charged to the credit card on file. The fee is not refundable after check-in.

The Cancun International Airport is an hour drive away from the villa (77km). The local white sand beach of Playa Del Carmen is a short fifteen minutes’ drive away. If you want to experience some of the historical sites in Mexico, then you can visit the Ruins of Tulum which is only a thirty-minute drive away, of Tulum itself is a forty-five-minute drive. All the nearest restaurants and shops are based close by, only a two-minute drive to the closest ones.
