Welcome to Villa Marie, a private and romantic 2-bedroom villa in St Barths. This stunning villa is the perfect getaway for couples or small families visiting the island. The villa is tucked away in one of St. Barth’s green zones, Villa Marie aims to provide a secluded and laid-back vacation.

The villa is specifically located in the Camaruche region of St. Barth, the villa is a peaceful respite from the outside world. Here you can enjoy the ocean views and serenity of the elevated hillside.

The villa has been newly renovated to reflect a tranquil and modern interior. The open plan living dining and kitchen space open out onto the sun terrace. This creates a spacious living area while also creating a seamless transition between the interiors and exteriors. Enjoy this island lifestyle as you soak in the panoramic ocean views ahead and relax under the warm sun. Slip into the large infinity edge swimming pool for a swim or simply relax and read your favorite book as you lounge on the outdoor sofas. There is plenty of space for everyone. From sun lunging, to dining alfresco, indulge in this tropical villa surrounded by lush, vivacious vegetation.

The villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating a maximum of 4 guests. Both bedrooms are spacious and provide terrific privacy. The master suite is based on the main level, along with the kitchen, living area, and terrace. The bedroom has a private bathroom right outside. The second king bedroom is located one floor lower, on the same level as the pool. This bedroom also has a private en-suite bathroom as well as a small kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, and coffee machine.

LOCATION DETAILS
Villa Marie is located along the northern coast of St Barths, tucked away the rolling tropical hillside of Camaruche. It has an extremely convenient location as it is within a ten-minute drive from the airport (4.3 km).

The villa is only a 5-minutes’ drive to the nearest Lorient Beach. This beach is located along the northern coast of St Barts. The beach has warm shallow waters inside the coral reef are calm, so any young children can play safely. The beach is great for snorkeling as it holds an abundance of tropical fish and sea turtles. There are strong waves further away from the shore which makes Lorient a surfing hot spot. It also has an island’s surf hut where you are offered the chance to take surf lessons.

St Jean beach is a further 3.5km from the villa which equates to a 7 or 8-minute drive. This beach offers you something different again as it is one of the most popular beaches on the island. The beach covers a long stretch of fine golden sand and a wide range of beach and water activities. The area close to the airport and is great for windsurfing and body boarding.
