Located in a highly desirable location just 5km from the city of Como, this property provides a tranquil escape right in the heart of one of the region's most popular tourist destinations. A 7-acre manicured park filled with mature trees provides a private setting for you to unwind completely. The verdant lawn and large terrace area are where you are likely to spend much of your day, either a freshly prepared meal at the al fresco dining table, basking on one of the lake-front chaise-lounges, admiring the spectacular surroundings, or taking a restorative swim in the villa's private pool. With a full staff, including butler-service, solely focused on meeting your every need, you can entirely focus on creating life-long memories.

Inside, Villa Maria oozes regal Italian opulence. A spectacular frescoes entrance hall welcomes you into the home. The grand living features a 1911 blond wood Steinway piano and is furnished with classic antiques from the owner's private collection. Perfect for those that love to host parties, there is a separate dining room featuring a dramatic long dining table beneath a crystal chandelier. Large French doors allow you to admire the lights of the charming villages across the lake sparkling on the water and, later on, to move outside into the cool of the evening on the floodlit terrace. A separate music room offers a space where you can have some independence from the rest of the space.

There is so much to do and experience in Lake Como. Taking advantage of the villa's complimentary boat, you can visit the idyllic towns of Bellagio, Varenna, and Menaggio, which feature charming restaurants and magical views across the azure water. One of the best things to do in Italy is undoubtedly enjoying one of the many hikes through the surrounding rolling green hills. • The Italian government might require the payment of a Visitor’s Tax (approximately €1.50 – €5.00 per person, per day, depending on the location) and may be applied for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable locally, in Euro cash.
