The Villa Marea Alta experience is barefoot luxe. You can step out to a sandy beach or enjoy the infinity pool & ocean views from your private terrace. The villa includes staff & all the comfort & amenities for a perfect getaway, all within a few minutes drive to the Bohemian charm of the Romantic Zone & Los Muertos Beach. The villa design is a relaxed Hacienda with a focus on indoor /outdoor living with breathtaking views of the sparkling Pacific Ocean.

Villa Marea Alta is part of a 2 Villa walled complex, the 2 villas are designed to be completely private & self-contained, just sharing the common elevator to the lower level for Beach Access for Marea Alta & access to the main entrance of Villa Marea Baja. The names of the villas translate as High Tide (Villa Marea Alta) and Low Tide (Villa Marea Baja). Villa Marea Baja the lower villa is closer to the beach & Villa Marea Alta the upper villa is a bit more private looking across the romantic architectural details of the cupulas on the rooftop of Villa Marea Baja. For a large group of friends or families traveling together, Marea Baja can be booked together with Marea Alta for a memorable vacation with your loved ones while still being able to enjoy some independence.


The stunning Marea Alta is built in a classic hacienda style with rose-coloured facades and exquisite décor, the villa offers a unique yet quintessential experience of coastal Mexico. Five deluxe bedrooms suites accommodate up to ten guests, and the vacation rental includes a cook, butler, and housekeeping.

Beautiful brick cupolas grace the dining and living rooms, conjuring an Old Mexico ambience for memorable feasts and intimate gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen includes high-grade contemporary appliances along with exquisite rustic elements, such as the vaulted, wood-beamed ceiling and tile backsplash. Fine artwork and furnishings evoke the country's colonial, indigenous, and modernist traditions.
Villa Marea Alta features four ocean-view bedroom suites with private terraces—three with king beds, one with a double bed—as well as a fifth room in a separate "casita" with a king bed and twin daybed. All have ensuite bathrooms (the masters includes a superb tub) along with air conditioning, ceiling fans, safes, and televisions, providing dreamy havens for afternoon siestas and tranquil nights.

Conchas Chinas is known as the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta, with its fabulous blend of luxury homes, world-class beaches, and nearby nightlife. You're about eight hundred paces from Conchas Chinas Beach and within a short drive of the famed Playa Los Muertos. The Malecon esplanade of Puerto Vallarta is just three kilometers away. Golfers will enjoy several outstanding courses nearby, and watersport enthusiasts will find abundant opportunities along the coast of Jalisco.
